Hi all, I have recently discovered [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and phero products (and pheromonetalk ofcourse), and i am looking into making my first order 🙂. I have gone through many posts the last couple of hours, and now im a little confused… I am in my mid 30’s, looking for a little boost in girly attention, and looking for advice for first use, which to choose and how much. any input welcome. Heya, welcome to the forum, albert. There’s a lot to digest here, and it’s not exactly organized like your local library, heh … so I’d say it’s normal to feel a little disoriented. There are a lot of posts on attraction and comfort – [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/). (Of course, you can’t just apply pheros and wait for something to happen; you will, however, be getting a big assist when you do act to make things happen.) The big social pheros are Instant Honesty, Come Talk To Me Mix 2, Instant Openness, Instant Shine. Ammunition is an all-around clubbing and party mix, with a little sexy -none added to the social pheros. Turn Up The Heat is just androstenone (-none), the “lets sex it now” pheromone, but in a small enough dose to make it workable – and so you can add it on your skin later in the evening, as the date moves along… ---

Hi MarkL and Lor, and thanks for your replies. Basically, I am looking for a long term relationship, but wouldnt mind some fun untill i get there. I am no alpha male, nor i want to become one. In fact i am a little shy, and thought to try “Instant Openness” to help the ice melt. Maybe with a touch of “AMMUNITION” and a couple of sprays of “[Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/)”. Do you think an addition of “A314” will be helpfull? (didnt see it in the togo version) Thanks, and i will be back for details of how it went when shippment arrives. ---

a314 isn’t available in To Go size. Dropper bottles only. Unless you get the experimental spray mix (but I think it may be sold out). At age 30 you might find it useful. It creates a “James Bond” effect (Sean Connery). The “regular” Androtics Direct version is best, followed by the stronger Androtics “oops!” batch AKA “mutant a314.” There is also a version available at [Love-Scent.com](http://Love-Scent.com) that is made be Androtics to LS specs that sorta comes in third (last choice). Beware: there are some fake versions out there. Buy only from these two sources. ---

Not sure which expermental spray mix you speak of. There were/are some test mixes of a spray version of a314 if that is what you mean. L/S just sells a variety of products from a variety of manufacturers/sources. Some very good, some are “okay.” Androtics Direct just sells Androtics products. L/S is sorta a “general store,” and AD is more “boutique/specialty.” They generally compliment each other. I understand many of us here patronize both.
