Gonna try [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) & Honesty tonight. By the way these are the only mones I have so. Anyways any tips as to what the best ratio and spray areas should be with these. Gonna apply them in about 10mins so will hopefully have an update for you all later! šŸ†’ ---

Go with one spray of IS for a few days, up it to two, three, and four. Do the same thing with IH. Do this to determine your sweet spot with each and so that you can determine the effects of each product. Everyoneā€™s chemistry is different and the products will have different effects on different people. I understand that you are excited to try out the wonderful world of [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) research but you will end up wasting a lot of sprays and days if you jump into pheromone use without any systematic approach. ---

Starting with one and increasing the dosage slowly allows you to detect what the product is doing and how much it takes to do so. You will waste much less product if you start each one in this manner. You will find your sweet spot by doing so and then when you get to mixing pheros you will know exactly how much of each works best for you. Instantm openess and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) in combination works very well to start teh cahtter going. I use 1x IO 2xIH This give me the I want to talk syndrome. The IH tends to open tehm up, and I found the IO gives me that non threatening type of vibe..i am a good guy you can trust me/talk to me. Works well. It should be remnamed Turth Serum. I have this one woman i meet regularly she just gushes information when i wear this stuff in this combination. yet she doesnt seem to know why she wants to open up as much but she leaves thanking me for teh ear and listening. workls for me. I am out of her friends catergory and on my way into her serious consideration category ---

Well I tested 1 spray of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and I have to confess the results suprised me a lot. I honestly expected nothing but found that I was quite calm and quite talkative. Didnā€™t notice any effects on women to be honest however the effect was on myself projected a total coolness/calmness that in effect women dig. I think probably there is a danger of being too laid back but right now I donā€™t give a fuck as this is the best Iā€™ve felt in a long while. ---

That said I got a while to go before I get back to my swagger as before but for me it was a good start. My hope is that the feeling is consistent because for me I can build on this. Iā€™ve been feeling totally shit for months and this seems like a break through! ---

Well I did one spray of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) before I left to go out to a birthday party tonight and I have to say the effect was non existent. If anything I was expecting it to reinforce/maintain my existing upbeat mood so I was quite dissapointed. What happened was my mood in fact sunk and although it wasnā€™t as bad as its been before it wasnā€™t how it was yesterday or even an hr before I sprayed my neck. Now hereā€™s the odd thing when I got on the bus on the way back my mood began to oddly pick up - so who knows??? It could well be that I need some time within a fairly enclosed environment to breath in Instant Shine so it can effect my emotions. That said at the moment the jury is out for me because last night it seemed to have an effect or was that merely placebo effect??? Tonight nothing decernable as such until I got on the bus when I began to feel quite relaxed again. I really need some more insight because Iā€™d really hate to think that Pheronomes products and their effects are largely placebo. Not only that I was concentrating hard to relax myself and that didnā€™t work either. By the way this is something I generally do so shouldnā€™t be seen as exception or symptom. Should I spray more Iā€™m thinking but then Iā€™m thinking if I do that all that means is that its effect declines fairly quickly. Would appreciate some thoughts on the matter from users - hopefully some encouraging ones!! Cheers. ---

mones arenā€™t suppose to affect you; it is suppose to affect others - hopefully, females unless you are gay. These are not self medications; these are steroidal derivatives and shouldnā€™t be used for anything more than help what others think about you. Donā€™t breathe them and let them ruin your neurotransmitter balance ---

Anyways Iā€™ve taken Anti Depressents and stopped because they werenā€™t having any effect and then I came across pheromones and figured what the hell. I was advised that [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is good for your own confidence and thatā€™s why I bought it because Iā€™m looking for something to pep me up so I can do my ā€˜thangā€™ on daily/weekly basis. Personally I donā€™t give a shit about what effects they may have on others because unless Iā€™m on it with my sub comms and swagger then I may as well forget it anyhow. Self effects with these products are important to me so Iā€™d really like some further insight on that. Iā€™m not necessarily looking for a magic pill but something thatā€™ll pep me Iā€™ll have thank you very much. ---

SOrry, but mones are not the answer. You either need to get mentally tougher and get over it, or get other forms of help. Anti-depressants, especially SSRIā€™s, which are most frequently used, take some time before you get a gradual improvement. I learned that somewhere, although I personally never have been on one šŸ˜ƒ Also, try one of those cognitive behavior or whatever therapy that could help you get over your ā€œissuesā€ and make you feel better about yourself. I think the latter is probably the best option, but if all else fails, go talk to your psychiatrist and get back on anti-depressants. Donā€™t be experimenting with mones for that. Mones are here to help you pick-up women šŸ˜‰ Anyways, good luck. Maybe, someone else who knows how to deal with or handle depression could chime in. ---

Yeah I use Anti Depressants for 3 weeks and they didnā€™t work so I just stopped using them. I may go back to using them but while I was using them they seemed to make me feel worse so not too keen on that. Anyhow if depression was that easy to overcome then itā€™d be swell trust me. A lot of solutions tend to be placebos and Iā€™m really looking for something thatā€™s ā€˜realā€™ and that goes the extra mile where I donā€™t have to bloody think about how Iā€™m feeling at any given moment and just ā€˜be in the momentā€™. Iā€™m gonna give Oxytocin a shot 'cause personally Iā€™m prepared to try stuff. Thanks for the advice anyways. šŸ™‚ ---

I wanna say which kinda flys in the face of the advice here that I read elsewhere that one can really go to town with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) i.e. there is no overdosing on it?? Is that true if so then Iā€™m right now of the ā€˜fuck it lets go to townā€™ disposition lol.
