Yes, I’ve tried using the search feature already. It’s turned up some useful threads, but most of it has been filled only with potentially useful suggestions. I was wondering if anyone here had a lot of experiencing travelling (on domestic and/or international flights) and has some definite answers? I know there’s always a chance they might nab my [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), but I want to do to my best to minimize this. I am planning on travelling to China in about two weeks and would hate to get my stash confiscated. I’m not sure if keeping it all in my checked baggage is sufficient, because another poster got their entire $300 stash taken even though it was checked. Any advice is appreciated! ---

I went to china with mones a year ago. If you check it in it’ll be fine I assure you. Chinese TSA people tend to be iffy about a lot of items so I don’t like leaving anything in my carry on. I suggest blacking out the labels with tape until you reach and also when your leaving if you do decide to carry it via carry on anyway. Remember to bring ziplock baggies with you to put your bottles in. ---

I recently flew to cali and was worried about that. I wanted to bring a314 but didn’t want to risk losing the whole bottle. I bought a contact lens holder and placed enough drops for the week into one of the holders. A bit more difficult to gauge dosage but it worked well enough. With some of the horror stories I’ve heard about checked baggage, I was worried and just brought a couple of to gos. Don’t know how China would be when going through customs though. One thing to worry about placing liquids in checked baggage is leakage due to the decompression in the hold. Make sure the togos are screwed on tightly. I read in another post that someone taped it on the outside to make sure it had a tighter seal. ---

International travel is always iffy, especially when dealing with customs… TSA agents don’t often look through checked baggage spontaneously. $300 worth could have been several to many bottles of similar size which my prompt a search from XRay. Chance of confiscation is greatly increased if ANYTHING has names like -nol phero- -none, etc, anything that could be a flatout chemical is likely taboo. Also “-nols” and the like can mean flammable. Best bet: take a few bottles, not your entire collection. Anything under 100ml is safe so size wont be a problem. Take it with you ON the airplane in a plastic bag labeled perfume. Even then, this kind of stuff can get taken in quantity if someone suspects you are bypassing customs. TSA can and will randomly check contact solution (even if it is in the lens holder). My roommate had this happen not too long ago. If they find something besides contact solution you will not have a pleasant day. I also recommend not to tape over bottles; if i worked for them, I would be concerned about it. If you have to do this, use black electrical tape; it will blend in with the bottle more and not stand out like masking tape or duct tape (which you should never use on anything you are flying with). Also if you have ammunition, I would advise not taking it on the plane nor in a checked luggage. If there was a cologne or [pheromone](https://a314.com/) or other product called C4…would you take it on a plane??? NO!! why do it with Ammunition… See if you can transfer the contents to a different cologne container. Listed chemicals that are not commonly known will be confiscated. As others have said, bring only a few and make sure they are with other hygiene products inside the quart-size ziploc bag. If you have more than one piece of luggage, spread them out. ---

If you take anything on the plane, I just got back 2 weeks ago, no more than three ounces are allowed as an carry on! Maybe what you do take put a label saying (cologne) with what you do take? May help not losing it, if they read and smell! ---

I can’t remember if there is a limit for checked luggage…but do you really need a gallon? 😃 I’m probably paranoid but if you put on a label saying cologne they might think you’re trying to hide what might really be in it (you know those people…). I’m sure it would be better to made a short list of what’s in the sealed bag, toothpaste, contact solution, cologne, aftershave, etc. and put this list so it is easily readable if you luggage is randomly searched. This may not be effective if you are carrying more than 2bottles as they would think you are crazy needing soo much ---

I fly once a month or so and always carry mones onboard. During the last 7 years of mone use I have never been questioned about mones bottles–other stuff, yeah, but not mones. I haven’t flown into China–realize they’re commies so your rights are zero–but no problems across Europe, Canada and the USA. I usually have my mones in unmarked Sephora atomizers premixed with cologne. Never bring the mothership (they tend to leak & break easily). Sometime I carry SOE and TE gel packs. Whatever you do, don’t leave the label on [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). Transfer it to a small atomizer or togo. The 3 oz limit is per bottle in your carry-on, not total oz of all fluids like shampoo, toothpaste, cologne. Legally you can only carry on the amount of fluids you can stuff in a quart size ziplock. Often I had two quart size ziplocks (GF’s stuff) and got away with it. The only hassle I’ve gotten is trying to carry on a flask. San Fran TSA saw it on the x-ray and made me pour out my flask of Jack Daniels, stating no flammable liquids allowed onboard. Never mind that you can buy all the you want booze once past TSA or onboard, that’s the rules.
