# Focus, Concentration, Attention - What do you use?

For focus, the first mone that comes to mind is TAF. Not long lasting, within 2 hours, but, during that time, I’ve found it to be an anal focus on task at hand.

BUT, I would ask, have you tried nootripics like the racitam family?
