This post is going to be for anyone who is skeptical about the pheromones. My Ammo JUST came in with samples of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and Turn Up The Heat. I plan on going to work tonight with 3 shots of Ammo and 1 shot of IShine. For the record I have never used pheromones of any sort before and I am very aware of my presence around others. I have read practically every post in this forum regarding Ammo and it appears to be great. I am so exited folks I cant even tell you. I smelled the Ammo and it smells really nice so I wont be using any other colognes. I also want to point out that I have a realistic view of what to expect as I have read it does on average 20 % of the work. It just so happens that i’m about a 70 % type of guy so 20 % will put me in with the big fish lol. I am going to get a hair cut now so that the Ammo has a fair shot. I will update tomorrow with the results 🙂. ---

Good luck there Casanova4win. Having a haircut is a good idea. I bought some new clothes when I got my first order of pheros. What I thought was, if my “aura” seemed so very different to the people that know me, they could put it down to the new clothes I was wearing. So they had a ready-provided rationalisation, sort of thing. It’s difficult IMHO to even put “percentages” on things. Sometimes the self effects from the pheros will make everything seem easy anyway, I have had my own “autopilot” experiences recently where it seemed I could not put a foot wrong. It’s a complex situation. And once you start getting your first hits, you’ll be more confident, which will lead to further hits… it’s kind of non-linear to me. All the best! ---

3 sprays sounds like a lot for a new user and in a work environment. everyone is different though so i hope it works out for you. ---

HIT ON FIRST NIGHT!!!🙂🙂🙂🙂 HAHAHAHAHA THIS STUFF IS AWESOME!!! Ok so the girl ive been chasing around work forever invites me over her house last night before I went into work. You must understand this isnt a big deal because we hang out all the time with no action at all. So Before I went over I sprayed 2 shots of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) on my wrist, I sprayed 1 Turn up the heat on the back of my neck and 3 shots of Ammo on my neck. She told me to bring alcohol which is always something we do to. So im hanging out with her and I notice shes really touchy and when I sit far away she drags me next to her( This is not like her). We start drinking and she throws me on the bed. At this point im like screw this im going for it. I go for a kiss and she turns her head but smiles. So I smile back and go for it again and lo and behold FINALLY A KISS FROM THIS GIRL. We kiss for about 10 min until I gotta go to work. She walks me out and we kiss near my car. I haven’t spoken to her yet about it but knowing her shell tell me it was all a big mistake and avoid me. But WHO CARES??? THis stuff really works. I must admit i was skeptical and it definitely wasn’t a placebo effect cause at first I thought this was just a snake oil kinda thing. IT WORKS PEOPLE!!! I had the best day at work too everyone treated me like a king. I feel so sorry but also happy alot people dont know about this yet. I will tell a few friends and that it . I LOVE YOU ALL!!! You helped make my dream come true. And if you saw this girl you would know why. ---

No I didnt feel any self effects at all… There was a strong smell coming from the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or Turn up the Heat that got kind of annoying and I can still smell it right now. Although I must admit after the hit I had more confidence and that must of been apparent at work. I wish they sold a huge bottle of AMMO. I would certainly be willing to pay. ---

Yeah Ishine smells weird. I sprayed it in my hair last week and the stink just stayed with me all day. TUTH is also a bit odd-smelling. I don’t actually mind the others that I’ve tried: A314, IG, IO, IFM. ---

Androstenone may be hard to shift, and I think A1 may be hard to shift as well. There’s threads debating “build-up” and such, of recent provenance. The usual advice is to watch out for TUTH build-up, maybe [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) too. Ishine is not considered a spray you can OD on, in any event it should disperse by the next day at any rate, even if sprayed into hair (I’m not doing that again though). IO and IH - androstenols which do not pose a “sticky” problem. ---

Androstenone can linger for a bit, and Androstadienone will break down and convert to Androstenone over time. If you start to feel an Androstenone buildup you can clean it off the application points with either Hydrogen Peroxide or Witches Hazel. Androstenoe is really about the only molecule that you have to be concerned about buildup. martyk will be soon be putting up an excellent thread discussing Androstenoe buildup. ---

Hey congrats on the first hit Casanova! I’m a n00b too, hoping to get a first hit some time soon. I’m surprised you didn’t get any self effects from the instant shine and ammo…when I first got the 6 togos I ordered (shine, openness, honesty, turn up the heat, ammo, and female magic) I sprayed them all on myself, 1 spray each and got this huge like head buzz…kinda like I was high but without the impaired motor skills hehe…but then again it could have been an overload. Anywayz, good luck with your lady friend there…I’m sure that whole best friends bit was just a “text by default” type of situation…but ammo should bring out her true desires haha. ---
