What they said.. Drink at least 20 oz of water per 6 pack consumed… or per 8 mixers. Eat a nice greasy meal .. and take two ASPIRIN (not Tylenol it interacts toxicly in your liver when alcohol is in your system) Usually .. if you haven’t tied it on to overboard you wake up feeling well! It works best when you drink the water before bed.. but sometimes it might not be a good idea.. no one wants to wet the bed! 😉 Although I think Hangovers control my alcohol consumption. ---

Drinking water while drinking alcohol and avoiding the hell out of carbs esp. sugar help the most to prevent hangover. Good beer has a lot of sugar in it…Lite or Ultra lite beer is better if your gonna drink enough to get a hangover. Aspirin and caffeine the next morning help. Like somebody else said NEVER TAKE TYLENOL while alcohol is in your system…I don’t think this message has gotten out enough. ---
