# forum moderation queue

Hi,  
Friends of mine are new to all the issue of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and wants to experience with it more, they have recently tried to register to the forum  
to check out recommandations, te

but when they were added, it said they are all now in moderation queue to have privilages in the forum, and they can’t seem to write new threads or respond to existing ones. they also want to get a gift certificate for thire first order from the SmartMones site and can’t seem to have any privilages to write an introduction thread.

It’s still that way for about four days now, anyone have the same experiance? what should they do?

This might be the problem of non-activated email address, once one register, they must be sent an email with activation link to the email on file, you need to click on the link to activate the account.

After you registered, you can login and browse the forum, but your permissions are limited untill you activate you email address.

Please email moderator of the forum if the forum still persists.

Did they register their accounts on the same computer you did? It might be a security feature put into place to stop someone from creating multiple accounts.

Lets us know how it works out 🙂
