# From new to experienced

Hi this is the first page of my experiences. I have already started off with IO and TUTH. So far positive conversations for IO and Looks and such with TUTH. I will keep experimenting to see what other effects.

So plan to buy some AMMO and IS. What do you guys recommend for first time use? For example, normal strength or extra, etc.

Nice journal! Also tuned in.

Always start with regular strength. It’s best to start with basics with these products. It so tempting to go straight to the top and sometimes you can get lucky and pull a killer mix first try by experimenting randomly, in fact I’ve done this before myself, but it isn’t recommended. In the long run you’ll want to have a feel for each product. It will really help your understanding of how these things work.

So, far mixing IO and IH been getting good results.

If your goal is to attract women Ammo is the way to go all the way here. Then later on if things are going well try a shot of the TUTH and let us know what happens.

I can’t believe myself for not being able to subscribe here after I repped you. 🙂

Man.

So, what’s up, Josh? IO+IH indeed is a good combo. Among the best combo, I tried and experienced. Very good for approaches. The user has to make sure though that he wouldn bungle the convo, otherwise, it’s an early good night for him.
