I have been using 1 drop of A314 with 1 spray of IHx2. I get the feeling I am not being involved in the banter at work. Has anyone else had this experience? Maybe I come over too serious. At the moment I have chaged to 2 sprays of IS and 1 spray of CTTM2 - a lighter more friendlier mix. Anyones thoughts appreciated.7 Mackie ---

I tried A314 at the bar last night and I too feel like I was getting frozen out. I was getting some good conversations but there some people seemed uneasy. ---

I’ve had great experiences with A314 in social situations, I just use different ratios depending on the environment. At work I use two drops with a spray of instant shine to mildly buffer it, I want respect not intimidation. If I’m going out, I cut back to one drop to lighten things but still maintain a high status aura, and I double up on the instant shine to make it a high status male that’s a lot of fun to be around. I get similar effects with IO. Using both with two drops of A314 is awesome, I was worried that they’d be too social and kill the respect vibe, but no. I still get the respect but more a charismatic “he’s the leader we’d follow anywhere” sort of respect as opposed to the “he’s kinda intimidating I better do as he says” kind. Sounds like you’re onto a similar mix. Let me know how it works out for you. ---

I believe I have solved the reason why I have been frozen out at work. I am currently working with a team of male co-workers. With my application of A314 + IH they obviously perceive me as high staus, alpha - basically the daddy! Some of the co workers are wannabe alphas and therefore they perceive me as some kind of threat to the group dynamics. I have only been working there 3 weeks. I changed my mix to something lighter and sociable but their attitude was still distant. My intention now is to go back to A314 and follow through with this signature long term. I am determined not to be beaten down and to let the A314 to do its work. I will keep you informed as to what happens. No pain no gain. Outside of the immediate group I work in, people are respectful and sociable. I am finding this to an exciting A314 experiment!! ---

A314 is a serious product! It commands respect. You are portraying the vibe of someone important, like a boss. As it has been written about many times, you are the leader of the pack, the James Bond persona so to speak. James Bond is not the guy to get involved in office shenanigans. Also in many situations you will not only need to start the conversations but lead it and keep it going. Its exactly what A314 does, but its not that you’re being frozen out, but quite the opposite: They all feel your to high of a value guy to talk to and as such believe it is you that are now freezing them out. My advice is to wear it in situations that you need to project that ultimate confidence and respect like formalities and learn to master it. Gradually use it in situations, once you get a grip on it, that are less serious, but you will always need to run the situation. That is after all what an ALPHA does, he acts ALPHA. ---

Well talk about posting at the same time-LOL. With a little bit of research anyone can discover what to do to get things working right. You practically wrote the same exact words I did.
