I haven’t posted for awhile. I’ve been in my dark place. Feeling better and going out for dinner and drinks with friends tonight. so I am wondering how to tell how many spray’s work for me? did that make sense. I think I should start writing it all down. to kind of keep track. I have [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) X2 and I don’t want it to affect me. so where should I spray it? can I mix instant sexiness with say m135 or m140 or should I mix it with instant shine, is this too much mixing? Goal and main objective is I want to have fun with my friends, but definatley would like a little male attention. any thoughts or ideas? ---

Writing it down is a great idea. IH to the back of your head will keep your tongue under control. Either MX135 or MX140 would be great. You can mix with other things if you want, but if you’re still learning what the products do, it’s nice to keep them separate so you can tell what’s responsible 😉 Have fun! ---

thanks carrie, I am still new to this and I’ve really only used [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/). I have had hits with it before, just wondering what happens if you over spray yourself? How would you know? I usually just use 4 sprays, where would be the optimal place to spray instant sexiness? and if I no longer smell it does that mean it’s worn off? and how long should I expect it to last? sorry, I don’t have the chance to get out too much, I havent experimented enough with them as I don’t want to waste them. So for a guide to start what would you expect and will my girlfriens be affected by them? ---

If you live in a hot, humid climate like I do, you can expect about half of that. I like to spray on my wrists,neck, shirt, and hair. The pheromones will last longer if sprayed on clothing and hair. Carrie is right about [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/)…if you don’t want youir lips flapping, keep it away from your face. I also agree with her about MX 140 or MX 135. They are great for a social situation.😉 Have fun!!!
