lol this might not be a real politically correct subject right now but i was thinkin, are there [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) for like homosexuals? I mean the ones we have rite now are used to attract opposite sexes, and from my brief personal experience with them, they give us a nice advantage. Now, I have no problems with gay people at all, but i was kind of wondering if ther were pheromones out ther that can like make men attracted to other men and stuff.. i mean it would be kinda scary if some phermone made me gay or something… just some thought ---

Well, I’ve(and a couple of others) been posting about it in the “mone shelf life” thread, but according to some, there can’t be any because homosexuality is a “choice”.🙄 But, you might find that thread interesting, lots of scientific references. ---

You can’t make somebody gay; or turn them gay. You can’t give them a pill, a spray or a candy bar and make them gay. Trust me, I’ve tried! 😃 Matt ---

even coming from the side of the conscious choice debate, i still find no reason how pheromones would “make” you gay. no outside source can force you to do anything, period. ---

I really don’t think pheromones really **make** someone feel attracted to you. Rather, they seem to work by activating existing attractions, and bringing them to the surface. I think gay pheromones might work in bringing a closet person out of the closet…but they won’t create attraction to someone of the same sex unless there was some sort of pre-disposition for homosexuality. ---
