Hi all, So finally I have gotten around to trying out Pheromones and like many before I have decided to record my experiences in a journal so here goes, I’ll try to be as in depth as possible and hopefully be able to both help other’s and see if anyone actually has any further advice for me. 😃 Okay so recently, in order to get a feel for pheromones, I ordered 3 ‘ **To Go** ’ sprays. _**1. Ammo 2. [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) 3. Instant Shine**_ I have two main reasons for ordering Pheromones, firstly I want to see if they can aid in a few situations that I have been facing for a while. I have a lot of girl ‘friends’ but in all fairness although they all say they have feelings for me, it never goes past that stage. I’ll be honest, I’m no Brad Pitt or Johnny Depp but I’m not terrible looking and I seem to be considered a nice guy so what’s the problem? Too nice maybe? lol Secondly, I wanted to see if all the stories on here were true and if they were, could I add to them and help take the research of Pheromones forward with the rest of the forum members and Pherotalk? So I’ll try to be as methodical as possible, although for someone as haphazard as myself that could be difficult so try to keep with me on this… I might go off on one! It’s getting late here now so I’ll post up the first few days notes tomorrow after I finish work but needless to say I have had a few ‘hits’ and few interesting instances of Instant Honesty… lol Also seeing as we are approaching St Patrick Day, I will be having a big day and night next Saturday with certain people that fall into the ‘just friends’ category, ideal test conditions I think… Do I use my GC to invest in some TUTH though? lol Catch you all tomorrow! ---

Ok so here goes… I wont use real names as I don’t want to risk anyone catching on so all names are just initials. First entry in my Journal. **07/03/12** Phero’s used **2 spray’s Ammo (Neck and Chest) 1 Spray Instant Shine (Behind left ear) 1 Spray [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) (Behind right ear)** Went a bit crazy in my first use of Phero’s, I guess that is something a few people do…😃 Meeting up with AD after she finished work to chill out for a few hours before she went home, visited a local pub/bar and had a pint. Noticed that she was holding on to eye contact for a decent amount of time and also was very honest and open. Certain info given out by AD was unusually in depth and personal. She seemed very relaxed in my company and flirtatious. Flirtatious in the strange way of making fun of me for certain things. When it was finally time to go the bus, we had our usual goodbye kiss which ended up being a more passionate kiss than normal. It’s normally a peck on the cheek! So I would consider the hits to be: **Prolonged eye contact - Ammo? More open conversation - Instant Honesty? Flirtation - Ammo/Instant Shine? Nice Kiss to end the meeting - Ammo?** AD is who I have my heart set on, I wonder if using Phero’s in the right way might just tip us over the edge? So that was my first day!🙂 ---

**08/03/2012** Today I was seeing a friend I haven’t seen for ages,a friend that I used to work with at a local nightclub, who I actually used to really have the hots for… Phero’s used: **1 spray of Ammo (Adams apple) 1 spray of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) (Behind left ear and right ear) 1 Spray of Instant Shine (Forearms)** Could really feel the Instant honesty today, met with CL and despite not seeing her for well over 6 months, we got on as if it was second nature, just chatting about small things. Went for a walk across the local seafront and she really opened up. She explained how she had a drug problem and a miscarriage within the last 2 years, she also explained how she had kicked the habit and got her life back on track. She has always been very guarded with me… so maybe this was the instant Honesty kicking in? We have agreed to catch up again soon and she seems very forward in telling the world what a good afternoon she had with me 🙂 On a different note, I bought a magazine from a local homeless street vendor, who after selling me the magazine decided to inform me of how he had lost his wife and two children in a car accident (wreck) 3 years previous and how he had hit the bottle and lost everything else. A sad story to hear and I hope he is able to move on but none the less this seemed to point to both Instant Honesty and less so Instant Shine. So I would say the Hits were: **The openness of CL (Instant Honesty) The eagerness to meet again (Ammo/Instant Shine)** **and the strange openness of the street vendor (Instant Honesty/Instant Shine)** All in all I think further proof that these Phero’s may indeed be helping! Self effects: Confidence and a more ‘Alpha’ type feeling! Hope this isnt too long and you don’t get bored! ---

**10/03/2012** Work day! Didn’t want to go overboard so only used one phero to go spray, I’ll keep work days short! Phero used: **1 spray of Instant shine on wrists and behind ears** Hit’s: **Female work colleague asking lots of questions and sitting closer in the canteen. More conversation with the rest of my team than normal** Looks like instant shine is a good idea for work, was a much more enjoyable day and I felt happy 😃 ---

**11/03/2012** Another work day, went with a bit of ammo today to see what would happen… Phero’s used. **1 spray Ammo (Underneath of my chin and neck) 1 spray of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (Forearms and behind both ears)** The colleague that asked so many questions yesterday and sat next to me, kept staring at me today when she thought I wasn’t looking and also seemed to protrude her chest whenever I spoke to her. She became slightly flirtatious (A definite first!) Another work colleague kept holding my eye line and smiling at me, she is in a very stable relationship but certainly showed signs of attraction. Both of these hits possible down to ammo. A few other female colleagues were very touch feely and and seemed to enjoy being near me? Instant shine also? A few other colleagues again very open with me as if they felt they could trust me… nice feeling 😃 **Self effects: Confidence and ‘Alpha’ feeling!** That’s my update for now 🙂 ---

**12/03/2012** Not up to much today really, day off from work, I was going to meet up with a friend but she couldn’t make it so I decided that I would go and get a haircut at a local hair salon… Phero’s used: **1 spray Ammo (Under Chin and Neck) 1 spray [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (Wrist’s, forearm’s and behind ears)**:o Bumped into someone I haven’t seen for a while who was very talkative. Was good to catch up… Finally got to the hairdresser’s who I’ve been wanting to go to for awhile as I noticed a few nice looking hairdressers worked there. A 20 year old trainee cut and styled my hair and was beyond talkative, I had lots little smiles and over the top conversation regarding her family and how she feels about home life. Slowly as she cut my hair she got very close and at one point took a big sniff of air and sighed quite a cute sigh (Ammo maybe?) Got a card with her name on before leaving with her card. Also I noticed a very hot alternative girl decided to come and hang around us. That was probably just coincidence though to be honest. Starting to like the Ammo and Instant Shine combination. Really looks like a quite potent mix for daily use around women in general. I’m enjoying all of this experimenting! 😃 Edit! How did I forget this??? Noticed a tattoo on the hair stylists wrist so started a convo about tattoo and she showed me her new one… on her hip, to do this she lifted her top and pulled the top of her trousers down and she had a very nice tattoo but also a very nice pair of purple panties lol…Can’t believe I forgot that! ---
