Hello, My name is Kev. I’m a 45 yo man who is new to [pheromones](https://a314.com/). I am hoping to learn more and use them as a means to add a little spark to my 15 year marriage. We have been having trouble communicating lately and seem to have lost some spark. Hopefully I can use these to help break the ice and break down a few walls and re-establish a better connection. Hi kev and welcome to the forum! I’m in your ball park as to age and LTR and sparky is a good thing to add at any time to keep things hummin’. For me, I’ve used [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) to get a relaxed and happy to be around you vibe. I’ve also added the IH to a torrent of communications on a more intimate level to help out with my communication skills… as well as opening her up to consider meeting half way… Before getting into some of the more sexually inclined mones, such as TUTH or IJ, I’d suggest you get the social aspect between you pumped first… then, possibly, start out with AMMO and then TUTH… that said, even with the socials they can get a hightened sense of attraction on a LTR… no TUTH required!! IG will give you that “young cool daddy” vibe and will make you appear more masculine, you wife will love it. IH just fixes the communication issues. It creates a deeper bond between you and others. I have to warn you though, that it might take you several uses with this mix to notice any effects since your wife already have an “image” about you. For nighttime, I would suggest you buy TUTH to add that spark 😉 If TUTH is not cutting the deal for you, then give an [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) to-go a try. I don’t see why you shouldn’t add IH to any of these. It will work just perfect. Finally, a product that I suggest all newbies to buy is ISHINE. It is a product used almost by all users (a #1 favourite for many pro users) that adds the perfect final touch to any mix and lighten up everyone’s mood. I have already placed my first order. Just to give it a test run, I ordered the “to go” sizes of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), Turn up the Heat, and A134. I wasn’t sure where to go, but based on the descriptions, and reviews I decided to try these before I decided to introduce myself on the board. Thanks for the input tho. ---

Welcome!! I think you have started off in the right direction. Start with [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). Let the conversation flow. This will help create intimacy. Start with one spray and gradually build up to where you feel comfortable. A314 is a very interesting product. It has both the ability to create respect and create attraction. The issue with pheromones and marriage in general is that person you are married to knows you very well. They know your current pheromone signature and behaviors. Any change will either go unnoticed at first, or will aggravate them. A314 is great at establishing a new more Alpha signature. You will need to make some other changes in behavior to make sure that you are congruent with the signature so that it is more effective. Leave the TUTH in the medicine cabinet for a while. This is my personal opinion. If at all possible don’t think about sex. Increase intimacy and affection with Instant Honesty. The A314 will help create curiousity and establish your “presence”. Save the TUTH for the right for times when things would escalate on their own without it. Trust me on this. ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Kevin! I am not married but I am in a relationship and know how hard it can be after a while to keep things exciting and new. Pheromones can only do so much but you have to ensure there is communication , humor and a good foundation which I assume you guys have. Trying new things like mones is great and I am glad you came to us. Your case is pretty much simple because we have gotten so many like yours before and the products you decided on perfect.
