# gel application

how much of a gel packet should be used at once. the edge/alter ego

whole lot? how long does it last?

It depends on your age, your individual body chemistry, the situation and your targets.

With me, I usually use 1/4 pack Edge on my neck. With AE-gel I have no experience, but at least with AE-drops it is very difficulty to OD.

IMO the Alter Ego gel is grossly overdiluted - I’ve always needed a whole pack to get any effects and they are still less and shorter acting compared to the oil. Not tried Edge in gel but if they follow the same pattern, go-heavy. I may have some Edge gel packs stashed so I’ll look them out to try soon.

If you are using them as try-outs for the main products then yes they will probably be ok for a vague idea of properties but if you got them where I think you did, remember that we were told that their SOE gel was produced without consent or input from JVK, so he flatly refused to vouch for their content or effectiveness - and it could be the same with these?
