# gel packs

i have some perception and the Edge gel packs…how much/how do i use it?

i have heard that you simply sqeeze a third of a gel pack out and rub it on application points, is this true?

At your age start with 1/4 of a pack. Try sides of neck and wrists.

i plan on using SOE with some The Edge…does the amount change if i use them together? (i thinking 8 inches of SOE on neck and wrists and 1/4 pack of edge on the same place)

The only real way to know what works for you is to try it. I’ve used anywhere from 1/4 to 1 full gel pack of Chikara, Edge, and Perception. results vary.

Got a little raction from Chikara although I like the scent. Some reactions with Edge (about 1/3rd pack). Zip from Perception.

Haven’t tried combining them with Androtics products yet. Still having too much fun playing with APR stuff to go back to LS products much.

If you like Edge and SOE, give Ammunition (for Edge) and something like Come Talk To Me and/or [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (SOE). The small To Go sprays are about as easy to apply as gel packs, and much easier to “dose.”

I’ve used Chikara, SOE and The Edge gel packets. SOE gave me the best results of the three. I used between 1/2-2/3 of the SOE gel packet; but I agree at your age maybe use 1/4 and then move up if needed.
