We are both 19 and summer is around the corner. We went out for a year and a half then she broke it off a year and a half ago. She just started dating another guy a month ago and they have an ok relationship but nothing great. I should be over her but were always talking online every day and the phone every other day and with summer coming up I will be seeing more of her. I’ve decided I wanna try and get her back and I know there alot more too it than just pheromones but they are kinda like the topping. That should be great for a comfortable but superficial chat. If you feel you want to get to deeper things right away you might consider substituting Instant Honesty for [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). If you need to lay some groundwork I think you’re on the right track with the Instant Openness. Some Instant Shine might also help to lend a bright and energetic tone if that is desired. BTW - your cp info says 22 and your post says 19. Bio info displays to the left of your post. I see this is your first post. Welcome to the forum. [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) haven’t helped recapture any of my ex-wives or GFs. It normally takes a lot more than a buff phero sig to nail someone that knows better (e.g., complete rehab, money in bank and proven shiny future with great job). ---

Haha thanks guys yea I have a feeling I will need update my profile and what not still getting used to this. I also realize shes my ex for a reason but I mean the reason we broke up was basically I was too stuck up and never really wanted to go out to partied and have a “social life” like not even exaggerating so I’ve had time to better myself and what not and its just hard because we talk every day sometimes for long periods at a time and with summer coming up I just wanna take a shot! Oh and how many sprays of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) with Instant Honesty and some Instant Shine? ---

It can be a little awkward if the context isn’t right…ie if the feelings aren’t there. Personally in your situation I would play less on comfort and serious pheromones, and more on sexual, exciting/enticing pheromones. If she’s talking to you everyday already, chances are she’s already comfortable around you. What’s missing between you too is likely that air of sexual attraction that will draw people together. IFM + IH will do more to enhance what you currently have with her than to spark any real change in perception. In the end its sexual attraction that brings people together, not comfort. Comfort w/o sexual attraction = friends. Something like Turn Up The Heat or AMMO would work better at bringing any lingering sexual attractions out to the surface, and would more likely change her perception of your situation with her. Plus because she’s already comfortable around and able to talk to you everyday and what-not, she’ll be less put off by the negative effects of androstenone, and more receptive to the positive effects. ---

Ok the only thing with that is that I know she still finds me attractive and I’ve even caught her saying I was still “hot” it was the not being fun and going out and having a social life that mostly led to the breakup. But thank you for the advice! ---

Very thoughtful considerations from Sigma above. Only you know the facts of the existing relationship so you really have to be the final judge of what needs to be worked on. If socializing was a problem in the past, another avenue would be to spray yourself with IS and IO and take her to a party. Of course, if you really don’t like parties and she does, the same problem as before will resurface after a few weeks. ---

The quickest way to get her back (if it’s going to happen at all) is to date other women. And make sure the ex knows about it, not in an “in your face” way, but subtly.🙄 ---

Instant shine is the answer when you are with her and with her and other people. Or, like Mtnjim said, date other women and wear a314 or ammonition to appear girleater. ---

one thing about that…yesterday I was with her running errands with her so it was just us ya know in the car sometimes and in the mall etc…I decided to go with one shot of instant shine to each inside wrist then rubbed my wrists on my neck I then applied a final shot of instant shine to my chest making 3 shots total of instant shine. I then used 2 shots of ammo v 1.0, one shot under my shirt and one behind my neck/head.(all this about 1o minutes before she picked me up) At first she said I “wreaked” but then not another word about it and the entire time we were laughing and having a great time for about the two hours then she took me home and on the drive back I drove and while she was talking she was giggling and almost shy/blushing which was an awesome feeling! So now skip to about four hours later and were gonna meet up and go out again, since I didn’t know if the pheromones would still be in affect I decided to repeat the exact routine with the same number of sprays before. We went out with two other people bowling then to a little bonfire, she seems ok but not as “happy” as she was before until towards the end of the night. My question is did I apply too much to soon?
