is anyone having trouble getting anyone at androtics on the phone this week---- everytime I call the machine picks up ---

The same thing has been happening to me. I have been calling for a couple of days now, and can not get thru either. They have a new message stating to call between 9-3 Pacific time for orders. I’m in the Northeast and have been calling at the proper hours, (we’re three hours ahead) but still haven’t gotten an answer. I called a few times today, and I’m still getting the same message. They must be VERY busy! ---

They must be VERY busy! Usually when i called it will leave a message saying conversation might be recorded or something like that and after a while Jasmin picks up. I think you must wait for the message to finished first before someone can pick up the call. Or you mean no one actually answered the phone? ---

There is a voicemail with Jasmin’s voice that picks up sometimes. April has a good idea; if you absolutely cannot get through, PM Jasmin with the times that you are available (to make it easier on her, I would translate those times to Pacific Standard Time) and she will get back to you as soon as she can. Make sure your PM subject line is something nice and obvious with regard to your specific situation. 😉
