Good to see you are giving pheros another go with the appropriate research. It really does pay dividends. 🙂

As you state an interest in A314, have you a clear idea of how you want to use it and if you can be congruent with its significant status signature? A314 is not really a beginners phero and it may be that the likes of IG might be more suitable for someone your age?

As for your questions, yes I’ve used them all and I will say that IMO, the oil is way ahead of the spray in a number of ways. The main ones are subtlety and longevity. A dose of A314 oil will see you through the whole day (esp if applied over lotion) whilst the spray will give-up in around six hours, although the effects are a bit more present initially. It also takes a while to adjust to the A314 oil but the effects on my status and standing at work are still changing and improving well over a year down the line.

Also, for long term use oil does work out as far more cost effective. At a fairly typical dose of 2-3 drops per day, a bottle will last several months, whilst the spray lasts for 40 shots and thats it.

As for your interest in self effects, yes there are a number of pheros that can help boost confidence and help your feelings and attitudes. All the none-based pheros will give a healthy confidence boost, mild with Ammo, rising to strong but with potentially negative aspects with IJ. A314 oil has remarkable and long lasting self effects and yes, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) can give you a good mood lift. However I would advise against becoming reliant on it as we often see someone come along singing its praises but after a few months finds their system has got used to it and the effects diminish.

If you have the slightest concern there may be a medical issue, you should get that checked as there are far better long term effective treatments and management methods.
