Hi everyone, I’m a 22 year old male from San Diego, CA. I am not totally new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) but have decided to give them another try due to my relation ship with my gf of 2 and a half years losing that “spark.” I am sometimes a little soft spoken and anxious but for the most part confident and do good with women. I played around a lot with chikara about 3 years ago and could tell it helped but its too expensive. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good mix that may work for me? I want my girlfriend to feel the same sexual tension that we used to have and something to get her to open up more. Thanks for the help looking forward to being part of the community. ---

Welcome niceguy88, I know Chikara but I find it more hit and miss… I think you find here much better stuff as Chikara… 😉 I would try Ammo it’s a sexy masculine all-around and would add the mood booster [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). It works not only on you also on her. Instant Shine gives you also a exciting aura. For a better connection, depth and deep conversation is IH a must have. This three products are a really good and effective combo. For the right moments you must only add a little TUTH and the sexual fire burns… 😛😉 It would be also good to hear something more about you. Hey there niceguy and welcome tot he forums 🙂 I tried the chikara gel sachets a while back and thought they were ok if a little subtle. You want to create some sexual tension I suggest you use TUTH, your situation is almost exactly what this product is for and it should help brighten things up, if you want her to open up more I suggest you use instant honesty, this will increase comfort and bonding and her talkative state which will make her open up more. the two of them together would be a nice combo 😉 Dont go using TUTH willy nilly, it can come across creepy and aggressive if you apply it then go out before washing it off, unless its at a night out in which case it isn’t so bad and will increase your attraction 🙂 And more is not always better with it, start with one spray for a day or two then try two. ---

Wow didn’t expect responses so fast especially of this quality. Thanks for the suggestions I think ill get to go sizes of the ammo, instant shine, IH, and TUTH to start out with and experiment. What doses would you guys recommend trying first? More about myself. Alright. I’m a college student ( community college) kinda slacked off a lot and took some years off. I work random jobs but make alright money. Looking for a steady job now though. I’m pretty health conscious and usually work out a lot but I had a really bad wrist break and got surgery and gained some weight for the first time in my life but taking care of that pretty well now. I used to play lacrosse and be athletic but I can’t anymore because of my wrist. But I’ve always been a big gamer, skater, snowboarder, and I also produce/DJ. I feel like this injury has impacted my life negatively and it maybe the reason for me and my girls drifting. its taken away a lot in my life such as lifting weights, sports, skating, boarding, even makes sex hard fuck haha. However it is starting to heal so I am grateful for that. ---

IO vs IH is basically the amount of conversation vs deep conversation. In other words, it’s like talking about anything under the sun (lighthearted topics) vs deep convo, which honestly sounds more of what you’re wanting. Word of advice about IO and IH - better places to spray are the wrists or back of neck - you dont want them right under your nose or the majority of the effects will be on YOU as opposed to your target!!! I have one more question my girlfriend is half Asian(Taiwanese) and half Caucasian(German) I’ve read this makes a difference in effectiveness of pheros. Any idea which ones would be most effective? ---

From everything that I’ve read on here, asian gals seem to dig Nol’s more (Like IS, IO, IH) and white gals seem to dig ammo and a314 a lot…so ya should have your bases covered! Be sure not to OD on ammo though or tuth if you use them. If you do find yourself OD’ing, you can counteract it some with Nol’s mentioned above. 🙂 ---

If you call them and let them know what happened, they’ll fix your order I’m sure, then again they might have thrown a free togo bottle of IH in there for ya (you never know, Androtics does cool stuff like that!) ---

Just got my shipment got a free sample of A314 1.29B! Excited to try them tonight. I have an urge to just spary on a bunch of em and see what happens but I know I should probably start out slow haha. Where does A314 fit in and how does it do in combo with ammo? is it really easy to OD? I’ve read its recommended for more advanced users. Thanks for the gift card and your right they do have amazing customer service! ---

It essentially is a trust, respect, and power pheromone. It says that ‘Im the boss and I know best’, and people want to follow along when ya wear it. It also can be intimidating if you use too much! (for instance if 1 spray is James Bond, and 2 sprays is a wealthy ceo, OD’ing might come across as the drill sarge from full metal jacket.. xD) Used with a small bit of ammo (or a small bit of tuth) and some IS it can be a VERY powerful mix in clubs for the high end alpha chicks.
