I have found sometimes the most basic yet effective combos I have put together are the very most basic ones. So what I would do is keep testing the S.Ammo and maybe a 1 spray of IH to the wrists and work on talking with your hands more to spread the IH around. The IH should compliment the S.Ammo very nicely. I would try this. With IO it can detract a little from the status of the S.Ammo because the S.Ammo already has A-Nol in it and so does the IO. I am thinking to simplify things would be your best bet and it will be much easier to figure things out for you. So maybe 2 sprays of S.Ammo and 1/2 spray of IH to each wrist and see what you think of this setup. Thank you man for the compliments and likewise it is other members that keep me testing and going as well. OK, great, I will try the combo tonight at practice but ithe won’t really pay off until tomorrow when I can interact a little more (We have a game tomorrow.). I have learned from a lot of newer members as they are fresh and have a lot of great ideas that I have actually used so I am sure you can man. Hey guys there will be no journal today for a few reasons. For one I am extremely exhausted and there has been a lot on my mind. Nothing exciting happened today that is worth noting. I am at the point of a relationship where I freeze up and I am not sure as to where I am supposed to go next. I always have sucked athe timing with women and this is something that the mones can’t really help with. They can, however, soften the blow if I time something poorly so maybe that will help. _**Operation Hook, Line, and Sink(h)er**_ Record Log: November 11, 2016 Time of Writing: 11:07 PM (Eastern Time Zone) Products Used: [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) x2 (4:30 PM to neck) CTTM2 x1 (4:30 PM to neck) Lets begin shall we… At the time of me writing this journal my mind is in the middle of a hurricane. Remember that story about _ **M** _ where I had severed our relationship completely? Well, right now I am d?j? vu except instead of _ **M** _ it is _ **S** _. I would rather go bash my fucking head against a brick wall instead of go through this mind torment again. Yesterday I did not post a journal because I was becoming severely depressed and all I wanted to do was lay down and think. Why am I depressed you ask? It is because I am at that stage in a potential love life where I begin to doubt myself. It happened with _ **M** _ and it is now happening with _ **S** _. I started doubting myself because after practice yesterday I saw her joking around with another guy. This was not just a guy that I look at and say, “He is ugly don’t worry about it.” No, he is taller and much stronger than me. Now I know that their less than a minute conversation probably meant nothing. I am 95% sure of this but it still bothers me because it opened my eyes that I am probably not the only one going after her or she doesn’t like me at all and it is all mind tricks like _ **M** _. In fact, I read a statistic that there is 1.4 men going after every 1 woman. The times when I begin doubting myself change me drastically in more ways than one. For one, depression sinks in so bad to the point I don’t want to interact with anyone or do anything. But the biggest thing is I act like a completely different person around the one I love. Yesterday I also texted her for the first time and it didn’t help. It was about 6:00 PM when I texted her and she didn’t reply until 8:30 PM. When she finally responded the conversation seemed one sided. Not only that, she sent only three messages and by 9:00 PM she said, “I am actually at softball practice right now so I got to go.” This racked my damn brain because who in there holy mind has softball practice at 9:00 PM? I will give her the benefit of the doubt and say that I don’t know a single iota about softball so she could of been telling the truth. If you want the full conversation just reply to the journal and ask. After that long spiel it is finally time to move on to today’s matters. I did not wear mones to school today but put some on before our game. I am thinking that there needs to be a change in mones and dosage but I will discuss that later. I arrive at the gym by 5:00 PM (The JV game starts at 6:00 PM) and go and rebound for the JV players. It isn’t until 5:30 PM until I see _ **S** _ and man did my thoughts change when I saw her. Earlier it was mentioned that I act completely different around the person when I am in my “doubt” phase. Let me explain what went through my mind. When I saw her, boy did my blood boil. Happy thoughts with her ran through my mind and it didn’t make it better. It only made me ball up my fists so hard that I started losing circulation. In a nutshell I almost felt lied to when I looked at her. I couldn’t look or talk to her. These feelings are exactly what happened with _ **M** _. This goes on for about another 45 minutes (About 6:15 PM) until she finally breaks my curse by making a comment poking fun at me. We are on the bleachers watching the JV game (We are sitting next to each other.) and one of the other team’s player threw up the shittiest shot you could imagine in basketball. So she looked at me and said, “That looked like Garrett shooting that one.” I look at her and smile but I can’t seem to say anything because I am still lost in thought. I can’t quite remember but eventually things start going back to normal between us shortly after her comment. I still don’t quite feel the same but I try to joke around and flirt to the best of my ability. We listen to music together and I continue to mess with her just to see her smile. It makes me feel so good to see her smile. The more she smiles the smoother I become. It doesn’t last long though because by the third quarter of the JV game, the Varsity team goes to the locker room to get ready. Smaller things happen between us during the game but none are really big enough to be considered note worthy. If you would like to know just reply. **Summary:** I might need to use the mones for self effects to get me out of this funk. This funk will ruin any chance (If there even is a chance.) I have with _ **S** _ if I can’t fight through it. Recommendations would be great to make me feel more confident and loose. I have been thinking about when I want to text her again. She will not text me first so that’s something that has been on my mind. I thought maybe next Friday I could text her saying, “So someone recently told me that you like me…is this true???” I don’t know it sounds kind of stupid but I don’t want to go through the chase much longer. ---

Hey man sorry to hear that. Honestly, my best advice to you is to not invest too much of your heart into her too soon, at least until you know how she feels about you. Try to keep it fun and flirty. Man Jdub I’m about to buy you a plane ticket to Indiana for you to be my right hand man. My objective is DEFINITELY to make her fall in love with me. The $600 bucks I spent on the mones were for her and me; no one else. Can you please explain to me exactly what throwing out the bait is? Everyday I am stuck in this mental phase (lets call it lover’s block) I dig another foot deeper in my own grave. Why I do this to myself is far beyond me. I need to suck it up and do a complete 360 on Monday. I already blew today away because I am a pussy all of the sudden. Rejection is something I am afraid of and now that I know that I am getting close to that moment I take a few steps backwards. It may help me to use IO again because it could be beneficial to break the ice again. Something has to be done that will make me think that I still have one hell of a shot. I need another night like last Wednesday. My gut says she likes me but my brain is over-analyzing everything little detail that points in the other direction. All that is happening to me right now is because of _ **M** _. She left me with such bad trust issues to the point where I can’t be confident around _ **S** _. PTSD has hit me like a sack of bricks every since last Thursday. ---

Haha I got some family in Indiana, sign me up! I forgot about the 600, yeah I get it now. When I say throwing out the bait, I mean you put yourself out there as the kind of guy with traits she would desire, and then step back and let her come to you. That doesn’t mean never call or text or initiate convos, but your demeanor should never say ‘I’m not interested.’ It’s really all about balance. Women want to feel wanted, but too much and you look too beta for them, which is a turn off. So the taller stronger guy will appear much more desirable. Flirt with her, play with her. But here’s the golden ticket, you MUST mess with her. Haha. Seriously, like you know when you point to something on someone’s shirt and when they look down you flick their nose? Or when you approach someone from behind and you tap their left shoulder but you’re really on the right side? Haha women loves this stuff. You have to show her how fun and exciting it will be if she were to be with you. It’s the probationary phase and you must pass this test. (But please don’t do the nose flick - it’s too cheesy haha) I’m naturally like this so its second nature for me, I always mess with women mainly because I find it funny, however over the years and all the women I’ve been with (more than I can count on all fingers and toes many times over) I’ve found they eat this stuff up like chocolate. In the movie ‘the counselor’ a character named Reiner says “you can do anything to women but bore them.” Keep it exciting. One last piece of advice. If you just want to bang her, you use all the tricks in the book. But if you want something long term with her, just be yourself. Or else you’ll find yourself having to put on a show forever. ---

As for the mones, well if it were me I’d play around with IH around her to get her to open up with me. And Ammo too since ammo is quite a good attractant. Playing around with different mixes around her might confuse her. One day you’re hot, the next you’re not. If it were me I find girls similar races and ages to her and test on them first. Oh yeah and remember this, sometimes girls will do things to make guys jealous so remember that when she’s around other guys. But most importantly, if you don’t take home any of this, please take home this.. Don’t fall for her yet. 1. because she’ll see it in you and it can potentially ruin your chances. 2. because she might reject you in the end and you’ll be left feeling miserable. ---

One more detail on messing with her. Don’t be that guy that does it all the time. It’s annoying. You got to be playful sometimes but gentle and kind at other times. Also you must exhibit sternness and boldness and show her that you’re also responsible and sensual. Sometimes when you flirt, add a hint of sexuality. When you do this you’re exhibiting ALL the qualities of a man women love and she’ll really see you as that type of guy. Don’t overthink it, have fun, just don’t go to any extremes. As in don’t be a dick or a douche or too corny. Balance. Balance is key. ---

Wow Jdub thanks for keeping the advice simple yet effective. You genuinely made me laugh when you were talking about tapping a girl on the shoulder but you are really on the other side thing because I do that stuff ALL the time and it never fails to make them smile. To clarify the last piece of your advice; I am not looking for sex (Although it would be fantastic) it is more of a LTR thing for me. Don’t get me wrong, sex is something that would eventually be a priority, but for now I am worried about establishing the relationship. On a side note I purchased another 100 smacks of mones (When am I going to stop? Haha) which was IG and [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) (Full bottle: 15 micrograms/spray). Another thread inspired me to try IG x2, IO x2, and P83 x1. You do have a point that I need to maintain a balance or else I am really going to shoot myself in the foot.
