I have a date with a marathon runner on Saturday. For this date we will likely not be running but we will be walking/jogging in potentially 95F (35C) heat. I was hoping to wear a combo of: P86 - 40mcg P83 - 20mcg [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) 4x - 1 spray We will likely be running together very soon. Does anyone know if that mix is safe or know of a safe mix for long exposure to high heat? ---

I am sure whatever you wear as long as you’re OK with it, then it will work out OK. I’m not sure what you are going for there, but make sure you mix in some DPG if you got it to help slow diffusion. If you are going to wear three shots of each then spray them in a 5 ml and add some DPG to it. Mix it up and apply. It will greatly slow down the diffusion in hot situations. If no DPG sun tan oil or block will work too. Maybe even wear it under clothing. Lotions work too 🙂 ---

I’m not exactly sure what I’m going for either. She is a shy, reserved girl so I thought the P83 could help loosen her up a bit. Additionally, we will be romping through a very beautiful park and we will end up at the Butterfly Show and the Cincinnati Art Museum. I figured the P86 could make the events of our date even more beautiful and memorable. Finally, I love [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and I’m pretty sure it is a safe bet in sweaty, hot situations. I know to avoid nols since they can become none with a little bit of help from bacteria. But I am completely uninformed about putatives. I don’t know if they are mixtures or molecules… I really like this girl and I am a little worried just to jump into this mix. Maybe I’ll go running today while wearing this mix to see where it leads me. I know my neighbors are planning a get together tonight outside on the community deck so I’ll run until I’m sweating like a pig and then go hang out and see if I notice obvious P86/P83 hits. ---

I do a lot of running and have worn A314. its stable, no issues. When I spray on TUTH, i get instant headache in high heat. Normal days ok but heat seems to bring on a headache with it. I would use A314 to keep teh man of action vibe, and buffer it with a touch of IH. No more than two shots of IH on the under forearm. It gets a lot of heat there Thats all I use when I run outdoors. It keeps the players nice and tight, and the touching is not as good as it could be but for extra touching i add some CTTM2 ---

Putatives are individual molecules. P83 is a gimme around shy girls. P74 adds wonder to it and a smidgen of [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) or none will do you righteous! ---

Its a concern because if your already wearing a decent bit of anone the extra anone could throw you into bad range such as an OD. Also on top of that the anone itself can morph into something which the smell is akin to roadkill. ---

I used 50mcg P86, 30mcg P83, 1 spray [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) 2x. She told me on multiple occasions that I was a very confident person. I was headed in the wrong direction at the Art museum (she knew it) and she just followed since I seemed like I knew where I was going. She was much less reserved for this date. She told some embarrassing stories about herself and opened up a little more. Eden park is undeniably gorgeous. A park cool enough to have a conservatory, an art museum, and a playhouse (performance house?) is destined to be beautiful. She gave me dreamy eyes for the entire time and we kissed for about half an hour. She had to go to her cousin’s party and we were gross from walking all day so I didn’t push it any farther than that. I think I could have if I wanted to though. Moral of the story, P86/P83/IS is a safe bet if you know for a fact you will be sweating up a storm. ---

It confirms a bit more about p83 for me, of which I used today while doing sales outside all day in the heat.
