Hey awesome phero people!I just ordered my first order ever and i’m eagerly waiting for it to arrive. I do have a couple of questions to ask you though.I am a 22 year old guy who is working in a door to door sales environment in residential areas. I work 13-14 hours a day. I start the day at 8AM and end around 9.30PM. So the question is - how many times do i need to spray myself? Is it enough, if I just do it in the morning? Will it last through the whole day? The evening are the most important parts of my days aswell, starting from around 5PM.I’m also thinking of ordering a bottle of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) - i heard it goes well with A314. So how should I use it? :)Thanks!

You have the spray or the oil? You don’t spray the oil.

Regardless to answer your question only YOU will know the right time. You will get accustomed to the results and after they die down (usually 6-8 hours outside) you can reapply. More than that and you risk an OD.

You’ll need to do some experimenting though as none of us can tell you what the weather conditions you will be experiencing, how much you are sweating, how long you are getting results.
