I was searching through my old posts for something about TAF and I ran across this old thread.

Tacitus, I know you are no longer with us, but you continue to amaze me with your insights. Coming back to this thread 4 years later is a strange trip for me, and I know I read your comment back in 2009, but I understand it more deeply today.

I wonder, those of you who participated in this thread, what did you end up choosing? How did it go? What did you learn?

I completed my degree, came back home and I’m now working in clinical research. It’s an interesting job, and I am happy to have a chance for this experience. It is certainly not an opportunity that comes your way everyday.

But it is not enough for me. I am starting a business and our product launch is just around the corner. Never could I have imagined I would actually be doing this.

Perhaps I will be able to come back 4 years later and take another trip down memory lane and reflect on how my life has changed.
