Oh gosh, I have a dentist appointment at 1:30. I am spending my last 20 minutes with you guys, laying out my strategy. I’m thinking: P79 - 25-50 mcg/spray neck/hair application Focuses doctor without spacing him out! TAH: 25ish mcg/spray neck/hair/wrist Shine P79: Focus without spaceout. I would think TAF and its ancient hunting pan-peripheral broad-focus attention would be horrible. He’d be focusing on everything in his periphery. And unfortunately, I won’t be in his periphery! TAH: Hey, gotta make him feel good so he does a great job, right? Plus, I’m going to a ritzy pitzy Beverly Hills place (who I saw Paris Hilton at last time I was there)… You never know who you want to TAH-bomb! 😃😃 Shine: I know a user who went to the dentist for a DRILLING and wore 2 sprays of 2x shine. As I posted elsewhere, I wore a smidge of copulins and my dentist seemed to empathize with me more. I don’t know if that’s a good strategy or not. I think your current list sounds fantastic. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) sounds like a perfect choice, and I can’t wait to try out my TAH, TAL, and ISx2. 🙂 ---

Im afraid to use anything at the dentist. After spending 30000.00 plus thru the years just to keep them in my head. I want her totally focused on my teeth. She is holding sharp pointy objects. I might be willing to try a mask of spaceland for myself. I have a GYN appt in two weeks I might wear some shine and openness for that. And another mask of spaceland for me. 🙂 ---

Okay, I had the most intense cleaning of my _life._ I ended up making a quick mix with 2 parts P79, 1 part TAH, a tiny touch of Bnol and TAF, and then two sprays of Shine. Neck and back of the hands, for optimum effect. Lor, if you need your teeth REALLY sparkly effing clean, this mix is **the way** to go. Up the P79. My dose was something like 50-75 mcg, with a reapplication while they were away. Make sure there’s enough TAH, too, 'cause I know sometimes P79 can get you a little edgy. OKAY. Hygenist #1 seats me, preps me, points my chair at the pretty 8th floor view of the greater los angeles area. The sky was so smog free I even saw Catalina and the ocean. Hygenist #1 begins her work. You know how when you go to a traditional teeth cleaning, they have that manual hook scraper? Not here. High tech. She used this vibrating scary scraper hook. Within three minutes, Hygenist #1’s face is about 6 inches away from my face, and she’s doing this INTENSE presicion work, with two hands in my mouth. She flags over Hygenist #2 without breaking her precision glare, and Hygenist #2 plops herself into the stool next to me and starts vacuuming out the intense amounts of what, _gum tissue_ that H1 is picking away. It was like H1 was cleaning out invisible grit that you can only see with ultraviolet light. Okay? She was demolishing enamel and cleaning gaps into my teeth. Soon, H2 almost had both her hands in my mouth, and _her_ head was about 8 inches away from my face. She flags down Hygenist #3 while unbreaking her hyperprecision vacuuming glare, and H3 curiously comes over. **Soon enough, I had THREE hygenists hovering inches over my face, picking, scraping and cleaning with some ancient dental tribal monkey grooming ritual fanaticism.** She’d cut so close that I’d feel sensitivities! I’d yelp. “Areyouokay?GoodShh.” “Thatdoesnthurt,DoesIt?GoodShh.” And I sat there with my nails in the armrests for about 45 MINUTES! With this scraping powertool in my mouth! None of these women were social with each other. (I didn’t sense that this dental office had a very social atmosphere. It felt like “We’re here for work; we work.”) In fact, the whole place was very quiet. I tried to crack jokes and such, and they just “curtsy” smiled. A few minutes later, an older, overweightish (but well groomed) man strolls in for his appointment. He wasn’t loud at first, but after about five minutes, he was boisterously sharing with the doctor about his latest Prostitutes, girlfriends, escorts and dancers. 😮 He also said, “Oh yeah, I found another girl for you, Doc..” and the doctor mortifiedly holds up his hands as if to deflect these words coming out of the guys mouth, and muffles, “Thanks i appreciate that, \_\_\_\_\_\_\_” and looks around to see if anyone saw him say that. My teeth are positively GLOWING now. I’ve had more compliments on my teeth in the past 24 hours than I have had in my _entire life._ 😮 I just haven’t been able to CHEW on anything hot, cold, crunchy or chewy, since most of my dentin has gone the way of the powertool scraper. 🙄 ---

I discovered that 4 sprays P79 and 1 spray ammo 1.0 are very good for a dance class! You can really observe all your instructors’ moves and learn them perfectly! ---

Jeeeeez, Jasmin! That sounds scary… I think I’ll stick to low profile stuff for the dentist. I don’t want them going all crazy scraping on my enamel and dentin. And kathyg… I HATE THE GYN APPOINTMENTS. Ugh. They are so terrible. I need some valium before I go to the gyn. Yuck, those appointments are awful. It’s worse in a small town because I know all the nurses and providers, and having two women down there staring at your “business” is really disconcerting. Then they always want to palpate my stomach, even though I tell them that I don’t want them to do that. Ugh. It’s so humiliating. \*\* THE LAST THING I WANT is Jasmin’s dental mix for the gyno appointment!!! HAHAHA, jesus, that would be TERRIFYING. _cue horror music_\*\* ---

A mix for dentaphobics is something like 2-3 sparys of 2X Shine. I had a user wear that to the dentist, he was a complete dentaphobic btw, and get a root canal, without anasthesia, and came out of it with a sunny outlook on life. Hmm! ---

No idea the effect EST being worn by a man has, but when a woman wears it in a man’s presence, it makes everything very relaxed and cuddly, and definitely stops the talking. I LOVE EST. 🙂 Ail 🙂 ---
