# Good Dosages for P74/P83?

So, I made the mistake of ordering the [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/) scent for 2.5 mcg bottles of P74/83, because it makes me very nauseous very quickly.

I can’t wear more than one spray without feeling extremely ill.

And, I have gotten zero results from 2.5 mcg of 74 and 83, which isn’t surprising given how other forum members are using 50 mcg of these.

Is there any way to get results from these at these low dosages? I just can’t wear more than one spray. I’ve tried wearing it on the back of my neck, covering with cologne, but nothing helps.

Oops , that smells like a stinky situation. I use 10-30mcgs of [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) usually. I don’t know how you could apply 4+ sprays, maybe with a dilution, a nose gag and a excuse like “i’m studying the mating rituals of the primitive skunk clan?”
