**confidence**

Self-effects from A314 really ramp up my confidence level. People will always follow when somebody has the balls to lead. Whether you are leading soldiers in battle, a corporate team, or a group of college girls to cookies, the mechanics of the group psychology are similar. When you have the confidence to give a group of people a focused direction, they will follow.

When I was starting off in life, a mentor of mine always reminded me that leaders are always needed. I’m glad to see that A314 is really helping you professionally (and it probably doesn’t hurt the personal stuff either).
