Hey I was wondering what a recommended mcg per spray amount is for various products including [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), A314, Shine, Turn up the heat for a 23 yr old. Sorry I know I can find this in the forum but I’m too lazy. Thanks. ---

Well at least your honest LOL The to go bottles have 83% of mone per spray then the full size spray bottles. On standard bottles… Ammo 7.5 mcg mone per spray 3 mones 2.5 of those are none but its buffered by the other 2. Shine 15mcg per mone spray TAA Tuth 2.5 mcg per mone spray. Potent product. There are 6,667 micrograms of pheromones total per 10ml bottle, and 10,000 mcg in the 15ml sized bottle. It’s a highly potent product, you really don’t want more than this. Now for how much to use. This you really need to test out yourself. Everyone is different. Most people your age dont need a whole lot of none. Use one product at a time and start with one spray or drop (if oil). If you see no results move up to two and so on. Test them in more then one enviroment. A314 has a little none in it and so does Ammo. Tuth, I believe may be all none no buffers (could be wrong) so go more easy on that. Tisha ---

I guess the bottom line is that at your age you probably don’t want to up the amount of 'none in either the Ammo or Turn Up The Heat. It would be too easy to OD. Now there could be exceptions. Say you are asian - which from posts here and on another site - seem to indicate asian males tend to have lower 'none production than say caucasions or african-americans - then you might want to do say Double Ammo. But then again even in that case you might want to think twice because again evidence from experience/posts on this site seem to be that east asian women in particular do not react well to high 'none signatures. If either is the case - you are asian or you are pursuing asian women, then check out posts by Gegogi, Perronec and MX200. You can possbily ask to up the dose of the TAA in the Shine, but I would go with the regular strength first to see how it works. Most people get great results with it as it is. Nothing to do to alter A314. The formula is what it is. I think the latest batches may be up to 11 [pheromones](https://a314.com/), but at my age the memory plays tricks. ---
