So I got chewed out by a superior while presenting some ideas which he previously liked a lot. I accept criticism but to some extent, but how different his tone and attitude was towards me (as opposed to the other people’s pitches) surprised me. I’m so pissed off that I got ridiculed like that over small details, in front of people I work with. I got even more upset when I noticed a couple of coworkers giggling at the end of the table, which are his “proteges” and always suck up to him. The thing is, his criticism was over stuff that isn’t that big in terms of importance, but he blew it out of proportion. I composed myself and went on with the pitch but I was furious inside. I’m known for being good at what I do, and other people (not so good, I hate to say it, but everyone knows it…) were being criticized in a MUCH more polite manner for basically the same thing as me. Sorry for the long explanation but I hope you now understand the situation. Anyway, I honestly want to get back at him, not knowing what hit him. I will obviously adjust my behavior around him but in addition to that, I want suggestion on “fear” mixes (…that’s crazy), that will help intimidate in a massive way, almost fear. By the way I was wearing 1 drop of a A314 and 1 shot of IH 2X. ---

I would try IG + IO + IS in this way instead of upping up your sig to something more authoritative/combative. ---

By the way I was wearing 1 drop of a A314 and 1 shot of IH 2X. relax, take a deep breath and apply some shine on your neck…or rather take a deep breath after applying shine.. soon you would be able to think with a cool head… there are better ways at getting back at people than showering in mones… if you are so totally unappreciated.. you can try another workplace where you are better appreciated.. if you were using A314 for the first time… that one probably was a shit test ? ---

No i’m not under appreciated, only this guy happens to be hard to me more than others for some reason. I’ve been using A314 a lot, and don’t get disrespected usually, even without mones. Usually at work I wear 2 drops, but i’ve worn 1 drop before with good results - sometimes more noticeable than 2 drops, it depends. I have noticed however getting on that superior’s nerves more since using [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/)…thinking about it! Maybe it’s indeed the A314 that’s threatening his “power” (whatever…). ---

Seems like you need to buffer with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Don’t drop out the A314 because you don’t want to lose that authority its giving you, but Instant Shine will relax his ‘power’ concerns. He’ll see you more as an equal. Also: Your boss sounds like a jackass and is most likely just trying to establish his dominance. If he chews you out over big things he has to fire you, but if its small things he can just let it ride and still feel like the boss. Its a textbook management technique that should’ve been burned in the 80s. ---

Key word being he is your superior. If this means he is your boss, picks your bonus, your salary etc - I would advise against being a jerk back to him 😉 I would probably try to let him think he can boss me around. Do a few weeks of A314 testing, see how he reacts to another alpha male vibe. Perhaps test out IJ. But I think you may find he pushes back against alphas. I’ve found you can really get jerk superiors to help out out as lot if you be a bit of a yes-man. Some call it brown-nosing.. but it’s something you have to figure out whether or not you’re comfortable with. ---

that really sucks your boss is a total dick but honestly if i were you id be happy about that situation, obviously your boss feels threatened. that would make me feel alot better than mixing up some fear mones (although i am extremely intrigued by the thought, holloween is a big deal in my fam lol) all these guys are probly right, u should probly try throwing some socials like shine in there to see if you cant just patch the issues over and continue with your career. however if your like me youd probly prefer to make an ass out of that clown. in hindsight i think i would have enjoyed pointing out how absurd his issues were and remind him how much he loved the ideas before, that way everybody in the room just thinks he’s an indecisive ass who’s slipping…probly out of fear some young buck is gonna outshine him. hope things work out better, but if you decide to go the fear route, please send me any info you might find on a “fear mix” take care 🙂 ---

This is the normal reaction a Beta male would have when thrust into the alpha position in a situation and they sense an Alpha that can potentially unseat them. He is challenging you. Because he is the boss he is alpha male in that situation. This however doesn’t mean “he is a alpha male”. Your giving off a strong alpha signature in his domain and it makes him feel threatened so he challenges or tries to show dominance. If you use intimidation or fear mixes that will only show you feel threatened thus expose your not the alpha either. He will feel more threatened and strike even harder.
