Hi again, Just wanted to do an update - do not know where exactly to post this, I got my products yesterday and tried my first spritz of IShine x1. I did get a bit of a headache from it, but not so bad that I cannot stand it until I get used to it. I split one spritz between my wrists because Tisha had warned me about this side effect. I have to say, at 52, I did not notice any changes in myself or those around me. (I tend to be friendly anyway.) I think that I will need more than one spray to notice any changes – I was disappointed that I did not see the immediate effects some of you have mentioned, but not daunted. I will try 2 sprays today, one split between the wrists and one on the chest. Perhaps that spritz to the chest will be the key! 🙂 Thanks again - love the free gift of TUTH (though I do not have anyone to use it on yet - hmmm). 😉 Deb ---

Hi wytchie, Don’t be disappointed with your first try. Some of us take many days to get it right. Use it for a few days and go to different occasions to observe the effect. The try 2 sprays and do the same. Repeat until you find your sweet spot. The headache is because your neuro transmitter is working because of the effect. You will get use to it soon. Happy trying ---

Hey sweetheart, don’t worry. When you first use pheros you might get an head ache, your body is just trying to get used to it’s new signature. After a wearing it for a while, you’ll be a pro in no time 😉 1 spray is a great place to start but since you know that it didn’t work, you might need more. I really like the fact on how patient you are in using them, I usually jump in with both feet and stone myself :o lol wrists/chest/neck/hair are best places to apply. But remember when applying to your hair, use a good leave-in hair conditioner/moisturiser because alcohol will dry your hair out, which is not healthy. Using a conditioner will make your hair happy when you spray your pheros 😉 lol, as for the turn up the heat, I remember tisha recommending someone to use it on their pillow for sweet dreams 😃 lol, I guess it could be fun even if you don’t have someone to use it on 😉 Hope it helped, and have fun with your new toys! ---

Excuse me maam, just wanted to let you know that I only get self effects when I wear 5 sprays of instant shine 2x, I don’t know why but perhaps you should try a higher dose. ---

Thanks Crash, I figured that I would need more sprays – but I wanted to give it a fair try before moving that dosage up. I will slowly add one spray per day until I find out how much I need to use. As we can see, all of us are different in how our bodies react to anything, but I think even more so with something as subtle as pheromones. 🙂 Thanks to all of you for your input – the one thing I love about this forum is the quick feedback and knowing that if I have a question, I really will get an answering response. 😃 Deb ---

I don’t know why but really crabby people start singing and feeling pretty high around me. It is the only mone that makes androstenone work for me. Many times that I have worn it I have had compliments like wow you are unsually fit, wow you have a good body, would you help me workout and also from a group of girls " go talk to him". I am trying to get my hands on TAA oil which doesn’t seem to be available, to mix with none.
