# Great customer service: custom order shipped in two days, missing points fixed fast

Just wanted to say Steve was AWESOME!!!

I had seen some posts saying that he’d be out of town and that custom orders wouldn’t be accepted. BUT I placed my (custom) order on Wednesday, it went into the lab for processing Thursday, and was shipped Friday!! Unfortunately, DHL doesn’t ship weekends…I had done overnight shipping so it should be here tomorrow. I am _very_ excited to test them out!!! 😃 I will post my experiences soon.

Also, I emailed Steve regarding processing and points (for some reason they weren’t showing up on my profile) and he fixed that prob immediately (like within 30min!). Customer service can’t get any better 😉

My only gripe is that I tried calling (like 3 days in a row at different times) and no one answered…

Anyway, just wanted to say you guys are great! Just wished that DHL would do weekend deliveries, too. I really could have gotten my package Saturday ☹ No worries. I can’t wait to try out the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/)!

SteveO is awesome. He has sorted out issues quickly for me too.
