# Great customer service. Jasmin you are a legend :)

G’day folks.

Just letting you know I got my first order and Jasmin was very helpful and extremely generous. The order was recieved pretty darn quick (from the USA -\> Australia, in only a few days)

I would have to say that you have just made a new permanent customer, in me (for all my [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) needs) I will be sure to come back when I need to try new products and also to re-stock (will be soon).

I’ve had some promising initial responses with the 'mones and will keep experimenting. They all smell great IMO.

P.s I was a little bewildered when Jasmin called. I couldn’t figure out who she was for a while, but that american accent did give it away 🙂 It’s extremely sexy and I sure wish I could have spoken to her, for a bit longer… but I was driving at the time! _sigh_ hahaha.

Anyway, thanks heaps Androtics (and in particular Jasmin). I’ll report back when I do some more testing ‘in the field’. 😉

Hmm unfortunately not the experience i have had, made & paid (paypal) n the 12th checked it a few days ago and still says waiting for payment, emailed enquiring about it 4 days later no response & still says waiting for payment. Rang up about it apparently sometimes paypal payments conflict and often dont show as paid in their records (would have been good if you provided a message to warn me to keep an eye on payment status for this potential issue) Think its resolved unsure as I got cut off.

No apology was made for the delay (been a week since payment item hasnt even been shipped yet) and no offer to send faster method or upgrade bottle size. I am dissapointed I was hoping to receiv b4 the shindig this weekend but doesnt look like thats going to happen unfortunately the service has been below average. (sorry jasmin but its ruined my weekend and my big chance of giving this stuff a good try)
