# Great evening. What do you think of possible P83 effects?

At least in my own personal experience, P83 by itself gives what I refer to as the ‘Human Velcro Effect’. [p83- Interesting stuff...](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/p83-interesting-stuff/29154)

When paired with appropriate things however, it is gold. I LOVE P83 with Meo-Est and TUTH. I also use P83 with [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and it works great there also. Just depends on the exact circumstances you find yourself in.

Again from my own personal experiences, P83 at doses from 10-50 mcg seems to have a positive affect. I’ve noticed that anything over 60 seems to get women irritable. My favorite dosages are usually ~25-50 for a nice closeness.
