# Great Save!

I just wanted to compliment April on her quick attention to a shipping error last week. I filed a ticket thru the new system and April answered it very quickly (less than 2 hours I think). She had sent a copy of Social Intelligence and a complimentary MX103 with the original order. The follow up shipment contained Why We Love by Helen Fisher plus MX271, MX272, and MX273. All fixed in less than a week from the day I first ordered (including a bunch of custom stuff). Lots of summer reading _and_ new MXs to test…I’m gonna have to take a vacation just to enjoy my stuff! Thanks April and everybody who works so hard to keep us happy!

I want to ditto this comment.

I purchased some To Go bottles that ended up being part of the “bad batch” that leaked thru the head. Ended up with a MAJOR leak while traveling. Ouch.

Now that they have the new and improved To Go bottles, they sent me the replacements, plus a couple MXes to try, plus the books. Big thanks to SteveO and April.

Wow Renny, you get all that plus they fix your shipping error in less than 2 hours. That’s so cool 🆒 Man you are so lucky 😃 And i must agreed with you that Androtics has the best customer service & its staff are efficient, reliable & friendly 😃 I reckon if other pheros companies can offered this excellent service like Androtics. Enjoy your pheros & books buddy 🙂
