# Greatings from Lithuania! Hello, my name is Julius I’m 20 years of age, currently live in Ireland, but I’ m 100% Lithuanian. I m suffering from social phobia, anxiety disorder and more. Since the young age I always found difficulty to socialize and always prepared older people. I some how found the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) thing and tried to do the research and finlay I found PheroTalk website which is very, very useful! I m still a student and I’m studying in Ireland, doing the radio productions (radio presenting) and my girlfriend lives in Lithuania so due to my anxiety and stress levels I find really difficult to socialize, I get depressed and start not to like my body, my look etc. I just looking for a product that would try to give me some confidence and would give me more friends, I’m also interested in making more contacts. P.S. I’m not working anywhere so I don’t have much money to spend for, but I willing at least to try some of the pheromones and spend around 50 euro. Welcome to the forum Julius 🙂 I recommend you try out by using some instant shine + Instant openess + Instant gentleman for a social effect. Instant Shine has great self effects that causes you to feel really great about yourself, I normally end up smiling for about 5 minutes after 5 application. It also makes others around you feel really great, (your good mood becomes contagious 😛), and gives you _that guy who i can’t help but smile when he’s around_ feel, which is an attractive thing in itself. Instant Openness would make people want to come over to you and initiate conversation with you. The quality of conversation won’t be great, it’ll mostly be small talk, so you’ll have to build on the conversation yourself. It’s a brilliant ice breaker. You could also try using Instant Honesty on top of this in order to deepen conversation [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) gives you that cool suave feel. It’s been described as james bond in a bottle. It’s a status elevator that makes people see you as a friendly alpha. Some Ammo might also be good, it’s a great all round product as it makes you seem a lot more attractive, while boosting your status and making you seem cool at the same time. It’s great if you’re looking to be noticed by girls, but you shouldn’t put too much on as it could work against you in high quantities. I will be using in college basically and I’m going back to Lithuania for Christmas ,so I will be using with my girlfriend, her parents, etc. I actually seeing a psychiatrist soon due to my depression, anxiety and mood changes etc, will they have any interactions with medicine? I want to start with maybe one bottle only as I said ,because know I don’t have any income. I still deciding which one or two to buy for 2 hours. Thanks very much for quick and fast reply! ---

I’m not certain if the use of medicine will affect your mones, but i’m somewhat sure that they shouldn’t since mones work on the exterior of your body, and most medicines work internally. For meetings with the parents, I reckon 2/3x [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), 2x Instant Honesty and 1x Instant Shine. This will give you the feel as a trustworthy, optimistic dependable man. That mix should also be good with your girl friend, except instead of 1x Instant shine use 2 sprays, and 2x Instant Gentleman would be enough with her. ---

Well since you already have an open personality, I doubt you will change since you are naturally like that. But you will notice an increase in the number of people who approach you. ---
