Hello All, My name is Simon, a 30-something male, originally from England, and I am currently in beautiful, sunny CA with my beautiful, sunny American gf! I am new to this forum, although I have had quite a bit of experience using [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) in different situations. The main thing I’ve noticed is that, rather than being some kind of magic bullet (although they can certainly produce some remarkable results), pheromones can perhaps be viewed as “the last tool in your box”, along with smart clothes and a positive, friendly and relaxed attitude. I have found that pheromones tend to bring out the best aspects of my character, (helping me to overcome my natural English reticence) and give me the confidence to really be myself, which, of course, is invaluable for anyone who is looking to either meet someone new or simply learn to relax more in social settings. I am not looking to meet anyone new as far as a relationship is concerned, but I am interested in pheromones which would be useful for making a good, positive first impression on others, both in a social setting and with regards to work? What types of combination or standalone products would people recommend for such instances? Really looking forward to learning from you all! ---

hey Simon! Well, if you read through the sticky threads (here in the “Introductions” as well as in Men’s and Women’s sections) you’ll find very detailed advice on what pheromones for what, how, how much, when etc. Right now, I’ll try to make it short 🙂 Pheromones are a signal about a person who wears them. Yeah, like clothing, just working on a different level. When that signal goes together with other signals - clothing, attitude, body language and overall posture, actions, etc - it makes the whole message so much clearer and kind of highlighted. When those signals work against each other, people get confused with them, so sometimes negative reactions occur. Or no reaction at all, you can get basically phased out. My recommendations: a high social status product, either A314 or [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). Read up on them and decide which one suits you best. I’m a firm A314 believer, although do admit that it is hard work sometimes - keeping up with it and being congruent. Might try IG next time, spray should work well in colder weather. Ammo. It’s in category of its own in my opinion (well, just like A314). Very balanced, all-round product. Based on three best-known male pheromone molecules - androsterone (high-status, same as the base of A314 and IG), androstenone (sexual, suggests high levels of testosterone in blood) and androstenols (comfort, approachability, familiarity). Overall, gets you noticed, liked and desired. Mixes well with pretty much everything. Then socials - Instant Honesty, Instant Openness, Instant Shine. Awesome at smoothening out the rough masculine kick of the androsterone and androstenone based products. Good on their own, too. Look them up. For the relationship, TUTH apparently works wonders in bedroom. To be honest, I haven’t tried yet, even though bought a big double-strenght bottle recently. Many thanks for the informative reply, Marihino! After reading your thorough background and doing some reading on the products, I decided to start off with Ammo. I like the sound of a scented, cologne-style spray, and its reported effects appear to be what I am looking for in a good all-rounder. I may well try [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and TUTH for the relationship later 🙂 Thanks again! ---

Hi there and welcome Simon! 🙂 I do like AMMO as a good well rounded mone product. I would suggest you also pickup IShine as it can be used stand alone to bring out that comfortable and a youthful vibe around you. It’ll also work in tandem wonderfully with AMMO. Personally, I prefer the Scent Package of Summer Edition, but, this is a personal scent preference. You’ll have to try them to see what works for you. 1Alpha . ---

thanks Simon, the weekend will be good (it’s gonna be the next one though, not the nearest one). My gf works hard in the art/fashion industry in London (she’s a designer), while I live 2hrs drive away; we see each other 2 or 3 times a month for a long (5-6 days) weekend. Works well. Back to you 🙂 Ammo and IS are very sensible options for first informed purchase. Many guys are overexcited with heavy-androstenone sexual products and then they get disappointed, as those products are easy to overdose and difficult to work with at the beginning, as require a lot of attraction to already be there for them to shine at their best. Initial experiences with Ammo as a standalone product have been excellent. Aside from the scent, which is wonderful, and has received many (unsolicited) comments already, I have noticed that strangers are entering my personal space (in a completely friendly way) and are keen to chat about anything! Am looking forward to trying in combo with IS-will post again soon! ---
