Hello all! 🆒 **The Basics:** I am a 24-year-old man living in Tennessee. Generally speaking, I’m quite the shy dude. Not as much these days, thank god, though it all depends on context and whatnot. **The Background:** I had heard about this thing called “pheromones” in passing before. Naturally, I wondered what the deal was and if it was legitimate. Naturally again, I was extremely skeptical (most of you here were too, I understand). There was just no way that something like this could be. This stuff is not supposed to work. Nevertheless, I wanted to look into it and found this forum and website. After reading a great deal, my curiosity grew and I decided to make a purchase and see for myself. So, I bought the to-go version of Instant Shine. The first bit of awesome that I noticed was the speedy delivery (seriously, Amazon doesn’t deliver this fast). I was impressed. At least the company is legitimate, I said to myself. Anyways, I went into experimental mode immediately. First and second try (at 2 sprays to the neck) I didn’t really notice anything different at all. Then I wore it to work with a slightly larger dose (~5 or 6 sprays). This is when I started feeling a ridiculous confidence and started talking to many more people than I ever do. This went the other way, as well. Other people (including various pretty girls) were talking to me much much more. I assumed that such a strong and obvious change wouldn’t be due to a placebo, but what do I know (noob). Anyway, to put my feelings into two words… I was blown away. I now have Ammo and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) as well, which I have not really tried out yet. **The Question:** Not really a question, but tips on how to begin my exploration of Ammo and Instant Openness (either stand-alone or in a mix) would be much appreciated. Also, I have seen it said around here that about 2-3 sprays of Instant Shine is what is optimal. I’ve used quite a bit more than that and saw results that I didn’t really see with the lower dose (although this is only based on only a few tests). What’s the deal here? I look forward to being involved with yall’s (yes yall… Tennessee, remember?) forum here and perhaps sharing my future experiences with this weird, yet awesome, thing called pheromones. 🙂 Peace! ---

Hello Ruwst! You are right, you can sometimes see far different effects in 4+ sprays of Shine than in one or two. The same holds for IH. You can sometimes see it in IO. I would aim for 4+ sprays of the last two. Not every person will respond, but in a large group, some will be far more responsive than others. The closer you get to 50 mcg of alphanol, the closer you approach the effect of the discontinued Spaceland product. The cost of quality alpha nol has made high doses less common, but the effects are there. The effect in heavy I H and Shine I feel comes from the steering mone(s) in both and heavy betanol in Honesty. AMMO is the one product where I cannot recommend more than two sprays for normal use. 10 mcg is a whopping amount of -eNone, and that’s what is in 4 sprays A M M O. ---

Welcome Ruwst, This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will. I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie.
