Hey everyone, I’ve actually been reading this forum on and off for a while. As I’m sure a lot of people are, I was initially skeptical but curious about pheromones and their effects but I am now convinced 😃. Now I guess it’s just a matter of experimenting and finding the right combination. Anyway, a little about myself… I grew up in a suburb outside of Boston, Massachusetts. I am 25 years old, 5’11", average build and hope to be better than average-looking 😛. When it comes to social scene, I’m not terrible but my game could use some work, and that’s hopefully where the pheros come in. I don’t expect them to turn nothing into something, but I am hoping they can serve as a catalyst. I think opening is probably the scenario where I would need the most help, which is why I was thinking about trying a combination of Instant Shine (for myself) and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (for the girl). What do you guys think? Any suggestions are welcome. ---

Instant Shine is a fantastic pheromone, and I definitely recommend it. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is a great conversation starter, and is great for people who do not feel they have much “game”. Add Instant Honesty, and the conversation will become more meaningful and deep, and people will feel more comfortable sharing things with you. Now, if you are looking to attract females sexually, Ammo is a great product. ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. A lot of people are very skeptical when they first come here and you really have a good reason to be given the snake oil that is sold out there not to mention what some movies seem to indicate is the reality … The two products you are looking at are very good ones - they are considered “social products”. They do not contain any none so there is no risk of an OD. now a lot of guys tend to gravitate towards products with none in them but i know the ladies will tell you that in the long run using the social products, with a little bit of social skills, are more likely to land you a girlfriend than smacking her with a heavy dose of none. The other product you might want to consider -again no none - is [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). It will give you a cool smooth vibe. Thanks for the replies, seems like there are a lot of helpful people on this forum, which is not always the case. MikeMan - I hope to use them mostly at work and coffee shops, and sometimes pubs/bars/clubs. I actually learned about pheromones when I was reading up on dating tips and tricks on [fastseduction.com](http://fastseduction.com) (which is an excellent resource btw) when somebody briefly mentioned them on the forums. I figured I would start out with the light, social ones and move on to the “heavier” Ammo, TUTH once I get some more experience with them. ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 I agree Ishine and IO are great for increasing interaction and attraction. BW’s suggestion of IG is good, We have been debating on its effect a little in the lower forum but it is a solid product for attraction. We are just trying to pin point its effects better for the new members. In my opinion if you want something a little more sexy and arousing you should check out AMMO.
