Hi, Upar! I´m a newbie too. Only been using mones for about 8 weeks now, but will try to give you some advice. I guess the fast answer would be: Sure, man. Get yourself some AMMo and some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). However, not really sure if an androstenone based product like AMMO is what you nedd at 19. I guess you should take the longer road, do some research, and ask some questions to more advanced users . If i were you, i would try to find as many users as posible who are in your age range and read their journals.
