Hello, welcome onboard.šŸ˜‰ Well, these [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) that others recommended to you are great for what u said u need- breaking the ice and use the self effects as to be more outgoing and communicative. To this one I can add that for being more sexual, and not only nice to women you deffinately have to boost your sex appeal with some pheromones.The exact pheromone name is androstenone or -none for short.The products turn up the heat and ammo contain it.Well while the ammount of -none in both products is the same, ammo is more recomended because of the added social pheromones to buffer androstenone, witch makes the effect more socially acceptable.Turn up the heat is also good product but the signals one sends with it are more simple and animalistic- just sex.
