Hello guys! I’m a 34-year-old dude from Finland.. Pretty standard in looks. Someone could easily think that I am 20-something. I’m not married or anything, but currently I got a pretty nice girlfriend (over 10 years younger). But I doubt I will ever commit with anyone TOO seriously. Time will tell. I tried some [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) (from eBay) first time many years ago. I can’t say if they helped me or not (with women), but I guess they didn’t hurt either. I’ve had reasonable luck with the ladies. (…since I figured how to play the game. Back in the teen years I was a lonely NERD, who lost his virginity when he was 20.) A few days ago I decided to order some products again… But after researching a little, I eventually found this forum and found out that buying pheromones is more complicated than I thought before. 🙂 It’s not like one product is good for everyone and every situation. But I guess I have to order some for me and figure out what works best for me. Maybe Ammo would be a good basic product to start with? And how does my age affect the situation? My natural hormone production has probably changed a little bit over the years, so maybe a little extra -none wouldn’t hurt? How about double strenght Ammo? ---

Hi and welcome to the forum. You have a pretty good introduction that provides the information needed for the pros here to advise you. Yes, at 34 you’re productin a bit less mones than the 20somethings so you’ll need a bit more than them, but a bit less than I can get away with. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a great choice. Be sure to read the stickies at the top of the Men’s Forum, they provide lots of information. Any questions, feel free to post them and someone will respond, lots of helpful folks here. ---

Thanks Mtnjim. 🙂 I’m pretty sure my hormone production hasn’t declined too much over the years, my libido is good and I even have pimples still… ☹ (But not as much as when I was a teen. That was crazy time!) But nevertheless, I’m at the borderline between a young man and a middle-aged “gentleman”, and probably I need that extra boost to become more young and less middle-aged! 🙂 Not that there is anything wrong with being middle-aged. But then the whole game changes, from clothes to who you hang out with etc… I’m not sure I’m ready for that change yet. Also, the less middle-aged I am, the more there are middle-aged women for you 60-year-olds! 🙂 ---

Hi and welcome! As Mtjim said, Ammo is a great product to start out with. It will give both your confidence and sex appeal a boost, and can be worn anywhere. At 34, you should be fine with regular strength Ammo. To help retain that “youthful glow”, definitely try [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Just kidding… 🙂 I thought about the Shine before, and I think I will try it especially for the purpose of improving my own mood… That is something I have sometimes problems with because of my health problems. Oops, sorry! I fixed it now, typing is not exactly my best subject… Anyway, its normal to be skeptical, I was skeptical at first too. But since I could get two to-go sizes with my $25 gift certificate, it was practically free, so I figured, why not? It took me a little while to find my dosage and get things going, but once i did, it was great! I think the most blatant and noticeable effects that really convinced me were from [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), which works as an ice breaker and helps get conversation flowing. I was at this family party where there were a couple of guys who pretty much never have anything to say to me, nor I to them. Thanks for the advice Sillykitty, I think I will order several products and experiment with them all… The great thing is that I have a girlfriend, so I can try the products with HER and get sincere reactions. Much easier to experiment this way than with random people. (My plan is not to tell her about the products initially, but maybe later ask her if she noticed my new cologne etc…) I’m already placing my order, but maybe I’ll get the GC for the next order. 🙂 ---

Hi James, welcome to the forum. Ammo is the cornerstone of your pheromone experience. I think it is what all the guys start out with, because it works so very well, and it is so versatile. Here is a quick description: Instant Shine - will boost your mood and may make you feel more confident. It makes people around you feel good, too. Instant Openness - helps in the conversation department. This one makes people chatty. It will keep the conversation rolling, although you may still have to do the work to get it going. If you have been a couple, particularly living together, for very long, then she is well-familiar with your natural pheromone signature. Any abrupt changes in that will catch her off guard and cause her to stop and think. Now, unfortunately, it is in our female nature to wonder ‘who’ and not ‘what’ caused the change. So try to be patient. She may not respond at all to the pheromones for a little while, and perhaps not as quickly as a stranger would. She already has pre-conditioned responses to you because she already knows you. A stranger is a blank slate. It was about a month before my husband stopped giving me suspicious looks and trying to figure out what was going on. After that we had a lot of fun, but the first few weeks required patience. But I have known her for couple of years already. She is the person I hang out most with, so naturally she is the natural “target” for my pheromone experiments… Of course she will probably react (or non-react) differently than a stranger would. But on the other hand it is much easier to notice the reactions in her, because I know her so well. What I’m first looking for is ANY reaction in her, me or anyone else, because I’m still pretty sceptical… 🙂 Like I said, I tried some basic [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) before, and didn’t see much results one way or another. But they were probably very poor quality though, and I’m not so sure that I even used them correctly. ---

I understand now. It is easier to read the results in people we know well, because it’s easier to notice what is out of place. But strangers have nothing to lose, they don’t have to save face or keep the status quo. They tend to react a lot more openly, without inhibition than the people that know us. Which is why I always recommend that you try your pheros out somewhere that is a neutral environment as well as in your regular circles. ---

True, but with strangers it is much harder to tell if the change in behaviour is because of the product, placebo effect (meaning you THINK the product works, act a little differently than normal and other people respond) or something totally irrelevant, UNLESS the change is dramatic and obvious. ---

Hi there James and welcome to the forum. I almost missed this post, but I’m sure glad I found it before the weekend. Everyone has given great advice and Ammo would be a great choice to start with and the IO and IH are excellent to. With that said I have to also point out that you have recieved EXPERT advice from moonwhisper. So good that not only am **I sending your GC right away** , that I also issued her one for being right on in every post. Great job and lucky you to have such good advice 🙂. The only other thing I would add here is that, while yes, our closest companions it is easier to pick out those subtle changes that occur when exposed to mones; it might also take them just a bit more time to actually respond. Understand this: these are the ones who know you the best so when you go and change something about you they are quick to notice, but not always quick to say anything about it. An example would be a really funny guy who is always joking and making people laugh. Everyone around him knows and loves him for his quick wit and humor. He makes people smile and happy. Now that same guy all of a sudden starts wearing A314 and has this super-cool James Bond vibe and although he still makes people happy its just not the same guy you are used to. Now most of us will notice it but we just might think he is having an off-day and his new serious side is going back to normal tomorrow so why bother saying anything. After a couple of days like this we start to take real notice and after a few days we no longer associate just fun and games with him but now also the serious side. Be patient and you will see it effecting those around you, just remember it might take an extra day or two for them to respond to the new Sexy guy that is you. Welcome to the forum my friend.
