# Greetings from IL

Hey there, 23 year old male here from Illinois just getting into [pheromones](https://a314.com/). The main things I’m looking for from pheromone usage are easier and relaxed social interaction, and more attention from the ladies 😉. I picked up a bottle of IS already and have applied it a couple times along with the freebie “molecule C”. Both have seemed to have an effect of easing social interaction and just making people feel relaxed around me. I also noticed more IOIs from a girl I’m trying to attract at work. These effects weren’t apparent at first, and I was dissapointed, but after relaxing and not trying to “force” the results, that is when I started to notice them.

I’m going to pick up some ammo next. Would it be advisable to go with ammo separately for awhile before mixing it with IS (in order to see the individual results)? Or should I just jump right in with both? Thanks.

Welcome Dabba to the forums,  
i would say you should trial the AMMO first to find your sweetspot and then add the Instant Shine. You have chosen well for your goals and i would probably add [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) as well for more social lubrication.
