Welcome Steve! I would like to hear more on what you would like to achieve with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/)? If you are married or single, and some of your goals with pheromones would help a lot. I would look at the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as you would get something for everything and the best they have to offer including a very popular Mix MX296 and A314 in spray form. I would start there.
