Hi  
I am from Missouri and currently I am using

“Alpha A314” Trust & Respect Pheromone for Men

“Turn Up The Heat” Sexual Pheromone for Men

“Instant Honesty” Communication Pheromone for Men

I started by using an [unscented pheromone](https://a314.com/product-category/stealth-unfragranced/) and after seeing the results I did a quick research and found this site. I am a noob in this field so I have a lot of learning to do

I did a little searching on the internet, I purchased a [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/) from amazon which was unscented but worked. Reading the feedback there i saw many people mentioning this site. So thought of giving it a try.

I am naturally a shy person. I won’t talk with new people unless they do it first. Its not that I am not out going, its just that I don’t take the first step to start a conversation. Currently I am a junior at college.

I would suggest for being shy a few different things. Instant shine is amazing for helping yourself and the other party feel good and relaxed. It would definitely help your ability to make that connection. Then, instant openness will help you open up and talk to the person. You already have instant honesty, which if you have used it, im sure you may see how it can work during a conversation.

I dont suggest you use the TUTH in class, but rather at a bar or party.

If you ever go to your professors “office hours”, wearing the A314 may help the respect level between you two.

I see that you have already been using mones for sometime, how did you find the usage so far?

What were the effects on mones?

Will be nice to know more before we can help you make an informed choice 🙂

IO,IH and IShine might help you out in terms of overcoming the shyness, but understand that you need to take time yourself to take the initiative.

I apply most things to my neck and arms. A314 is the only thing I rub into my face

Hi there,

I usually apply the socials to either the wrists or elbows.I find it affects other people more that way.I tend to gesture with my hands a lot when i talk though so thats probably why.You can also wear them on your neck if you want more self effects and less effects on people(\>_\<)Instant shine on the neck is pretty good when you want a mood boost(^_^)Steve had a pretty good write up on application points in the introduction to mones stickie,though its best to try and see what works best for you.[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) on the neck is my favorite application point,since my girlfriend leans in close to sniff it(:-p)

Hairs okay but i find that it diffuses slower because of less body heat,you could try behind the ears or different parts of the neck.You could also layer them on top of each other.This link might help in giving you some ideas on application points(^\_^)

I think that products like Ammo, IG and IO are gonna be great for work and play.

I am glad you are already seeing results but just read up on the link looifookmeng gave as it will give you some insights in making the pheromones work for you.

We are all different, diff chemistry etc so its imp you find your sweet spot and just how these products work for you as oppose to anybody else.
