I was once a shy, grumpy 18 year old with a bad haircut and too much acne. Even though I played football, had a fair amount of friends, and graduated high-school in the top ten, I was never, ever able to produce one ounce of female attraction, at least not deliberately. Then, as a freshman in college, I snapped: I started working out, got a good haircut, took care of my acne, but most importantly, I started reading all the dating/seduction literature I could find. I researched Ericksonian hypnosis, memorized all the routines…everything. Long story short: it worked. I’m now 22 years old, have a nicer body than Brad Pitt in “Troy,” have all the confidence in the world, and I could hypnotize a boulder into arousal. I’ve had more success with women than I ever dreamed. I’m here because I want more. I’ve heard from a few friends of the wonders of Pheromones, and I’ve seen the effects first hand. I’m very, very good by myself. I’m here because I want to be legendary. * * * If you hadn’t noticed, I’m a 22 year old male living in New Jersey, and I have a question: I’ve experimented with some of my friend’s Ammunition, but could never pinpoint my sweet spot. Any ideas how I could do that? Also, whenever I use my friend’s Mones, I always get severe withdrawal: headaches, fatigue…the works. Any way to avoid this? Hey man, welcome to the forum! You sound like a very determined person and you know what you want out of the products here. I want to say congrats for being such a go-getter, and even if you are good at what you do, there is always room for improvement…and boy did you come to to right place. There is so much to learn from the more experience members here…and lots of pretty awesome stories about not only attraction and seduction, but trust and even nutty reactions from others. You noted that you tried out AMMO, which is a great mone that I have only tried a couple times, so I can’t give you too much info on what it will achieve besides attraction exactly… However I can steer you in the right place for finding your sweet spot. Check out this post by Tisha…brilliant stuff, and highly suggested along with starting a journal to record your affects (both self and to others). First off when you receive a product a… Finally, as to your headaches, fatigue, etc…I have also heard similar stories…you are talking about mones bought from AD am I correct? I have only had one experience with my roommate saying he had a headache when I was wearing 4 sprays of [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). It could be a per-person basis…or just a combination of factors, but the most important part is knowing what mone gave you that headache and how much of it caused it. Without this information, it is hard to direct you to some help in this department. Hi mcnabb… welcome to the mone forum! And… wow… I must say, great intro… I like that… you’re goal is to become **LEGENDARY** … 🙂 I’ve gotten some effects, negative, because of the scent… FF21… if I use too much, I’ll get a slight headache. To counteract that, I’ve ordered AMMO in FF22, known as the [World Edition](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/world-edition/). I’ve other mones in FF22 and it is better, IMO, than FF21. So, there are ways around some of these effects. Keep in mind, I’ve had problems with scents in general, allergic type reactions, for most of my adult life. So, I’m used to figuring this type of stuff out… Try out the Instant Shine, IG, or IH… these are default Neroli scent… a slight citrusy, masculine inclined scent… on the soft side and NOT the 20% cologne strength of AMMO. The best way to figure this stuff out, I think, beyond the scope of the forum, is to call up the phone number at the top of the forum for support. Normally, we can all chip in a give you a hand… though I think Steve would help you out best! Quickly get answers and if you speak with Steve O, good times as well! 😉 ---

I’ve had problems with the headache but only in the beginning, I think IS was the sinner. So I started spraying it at the neck instead of in front, but now that I’ve gotten use to it, I spray it on my chest and enjoy the selveffects without any headache:-) Good luck on your journey to becoming legendary;-) ---

Wow, you guys are crazy awesome. @Septerra : I am talking about Androtics products; I’ve researched others and none seemed as reputable. Thanks for the link. This summer seems like the perfect time to start testing different doses/combinations. Also, I’m an Eagles fan. Mcnabb513 was my first email username from, like, 8 years ago when Mcnabb was still an Eagle. @1Alpha : How do I go about ordering different scents? I had no idea you could do that. @Taggle : I think I’m going to start spraying almost exclusively on my wrists. The problem might have been that I’ve been spraying too close to my head/nose. I’ve usually sprayed a lot on the two pulse points on my neck below the jaw, but I think this might cause a bigger self-effect than on others. Any suggestions on the best places to spray? ---

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) makes my eyes sting as well as gives me a headache. I think this is due to higher blood pressure. Maybe a pre-emptive tylenol would help? In my experience the headaches usually go away once I am used to the product. ---

The custom additions to the scents are here: [Custom Additions :: Androtics Direct](https://a314.com/) You would add that to the cart and select which product you’d want the additional scent. If this is the first time doing that, I would then suggest a call to the number above. Now, this is good for the 30ml bottle of the products and not all scents can be used for all products. ---
