**Hello everyone! My name is Greg, and I’m 24. I recently graduated from college summa cum laude with a BBA. I have recently relocated to Texas from the chilly Midwest, and am loving every moment of it.** **Now I will state that this is not my first time at the site. When I was younger and first heard about [pheromones](https://a314.com/), I did my research and ended up here. It was this site that actually helped me purchase my first and only pheromone purchase thus far. Now, I don’t always wear my -mones, but when I do, I tend to see subtle changes. My girlfriend, who I have been dating now for close to 4 years, is aware of my “special” cologne, and in fact, I do have several scents that I like to rotate and blend based on how I’m feeling. I always find it funny when I do sneak in my -mones, as my girlfriend always knows with fail, despite any type of layering I have done to “mask” that cologne’s unique scent. I always ask how she knows, and she will usually look at me seductively and say something along the lines of she can’t wait anymore, getting very descriptive of the vulgar things she wants to do. To be completely honest, I don’t know if this is the -mones or not, but it seems to happen too frequently to be completely coincidental.** **Now as I have stated previously, this is not my first time to this site. I do have a tendency to research a topic to almost exhaustion, then get tired or bored and move on to another topic. My first brush with -mones, I simply read as much as I could, mostly here, and bought a product. To be honest, I haven’t really thought too in depth about them until tonight, roughly 6 years later. Now what spurred this recent resurgence, who knows.** **As I stated earlier, I am in a new state with a new job. I literally have no social life outside of work at this time, for I do the daily grind and have little time to actually meet people. Now I know -mones aren’t some magical elixir or scent. What I do want to use pheromones for is to at least help me open the door with new people, build respect, and possibly get a little more attention. I also am looking for effects on a personal level, as I am taking steps to better my life, both physically and mentally, and if I can get some help or reinforcement on a subconscious level, it would help me achieve my goals.** **Now I’m not saying that -mones don’t work, for I am vastly ignorant in this field due to limited experience, but it appears that they do work, whether there is a physiological or placebo effect, or even an intermingling of both. Hello and welcome to Pherotalk. This is the most informative [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) community around. Just curious, what is the name of the pheromone you had previously bought? Be sure to wait for your $25 GC before placing your next order here. For your situation most will probably recommend some socials like IS, IH and IO. And some A314 for work situations and respect building. If you’re looking to spice things up with the gf, maybe some TUTH. IS is a great social and very versatile. It will give you a confidence boost and put you in a great mood, it also has that effect on people around you. I would go with IH over IO, though both are great. It will make people feel comfortable talking to you, people just want to be honest with you and feel safe telling you things. A314 throws off that alpha male vibe, people will show you more respect and look to you for answers. It can be overbearing, so it’s a good idea to buffer with some IS or IH. TUTH is a very sexual mone. If needed it will really help spice things up between your GF and yourself. Keep reading here and educate yourself as much as possible. Hiya Greg, great to have you join the forum. Getting attention with some respect. I’d suggestion you start out with IShine. Fun times in a bottle. Good stuff, for sure. I enjoy the comfortable to be around me vibe from IShine. For work, I’d recommend A314, yes, it is a definite Alpha Man vibe with Respect wrapped Status signal. I use 1 to 2 drops, normally, and I’m good for this type of vibe. If I want to Increase it, I’d add possibly another couple of drops to a type of Fear me vibe. Very good for work settings. Can be used socially, but, suggest buffering its seriousness with IShine. Have you got any mones now? ---

The -mone product I have now is Alter Ego. Now I was looking at getting some a314, but the price is a little daunting to me, especially with as little experience as I have in this area. Now the other two products I was looking at were Ammo and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). I hear Ammo is a versatile scent, which I like, but I have also heard good things about IS, so I am a little conflicted. What do you think would be a better first delve, or is there another product that maybe I have overlooked? ---

To start, sure, AMMO and IShine are good separately and in combination. I might also suggest IO to really see mones at work! 🙂 A314/b spray is also a good one to test out. The alcohol version of the oil. You won’t get as much in the product, but you could also see how it works. ---

Welcome Snuggs, It is always a good idea to start of with the 5ml bottles especially in these hard , economic times and fortunately for you you can now try A314 in the 5ml bottle spray. Even our most experienced users love this A314 in spray form I do advise that if you are shy you stay away from A314 until you work up to it using IG and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) Social products are great for any situation but don’t underestimate the sexual reactions they can cause.
