Hi! My name is John, and am just discovering the world of [pheromones](https://a314.com/). I’m 54, 5’10" and 155 lb, so pretty skinny. I’d like to get an advantage in sparking sexual interest among women 35-55, and a little extra friendliness at work would be a second objective. Hi and welcome! For work, A314 is boss. Gives off a vibe that you are in control and a “tell me what to do” type attitude out of those around you. Generally you come off as capable and trustworthy. It can also be used to attract women, as it makes you appear to be of high value. Ammo is also a good bet for attracting women. I have no experience with it because it has been out of stock for so long, but many users have found success with it if you look around the forums. It contains pheromones that send out social, sexual, and status type vibes. It is out of stock now but should be back very soon. A little more about me? Well, I’ve been off the market for a long time, and I’m a little shy and tentative when first meeting new women. Once I get past the introduction, I’m usually pretty chatty. I’m WAY out of practice, though. I’m hoping that mones can help me deal with that initial ice-breaking problem. I’d heard peripherally about pheromones in years past, but never really paid it any attention. I saw something on the web and started doing some research, and bought a bottle of Pherlure before finding this forum. It just arrived today. I’ve seen posts on here where people mix it with TUTH or IS. Any recommendations there? (I didn’t buy it from the manufacturer, so there’s no return policy – and I hope it’s legit.) Also, I’d still like to hear from some older guys about the amounts they use. Seems like the vast majority of posters here are 30 and under. I don’t think I’ll be one of the guys who gets deep into the putatives and custom-blend mixes; I just want to find two or three things that can help me gain an advantage. There are a number of guys close to your age here. I’m one of them. For amounts, there is no substitute to finding your own “sweet spot” via experimentation. The three products you mention in your first post should be good to get you started. ---
