Greetings to you all,
I have somehow managed to stumble upon [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) again as it is a subject that has, for me, engendered both intrigue and skepticism in the past although I have never used them personally. I am pursuing a B.S. in Biology and so I am very inclined to a scientific approach. I’m really quite interested in starting some of my own mixes using the experimental lines as I’m looking for some very specific results.

To give you a little background info, I am extremely shy sometimes terrified of socializing, especially with women. I have been told by most that I am extremely attractive (I am 23 years at 110lbs, slender but curvy with graceful features, palest skin with dark eyes and long dark silky hair), sometimes to the point of almost always being the most attractive in the room. To this notion I find myself both embarrassed and resentful..most men are predatory in nature when I truly need a friend or protector and most women hate me openly probably misinterpreting my shyness for snubbing them. I have not developed my skills of small talk at all and so I find interacting with the general public to be tiresome and taxing at best. So the first problem I need to tackle is something that will ease communication with women in social situations such as at school, class, or doctor’s visits. I am so phobic of talking to waitresses and receptionists! I don’t know why..

My second issue to tackle is my stalwart fiance, he is military born and bred and whenever something terrible befalls us and I desire above all else a heart to heart talk or any notion of comfort and I get none from him. He says after so many hours of attempting to get him to open up that he is incapable of speaking on emotions because he does not know how. We have known each other since high school, eight years now and I don’t know if I truly believe this. He used to confide in me then, but not now? He says that I was his goddess back then, I never knew he was attracted to me then..somehow. He says that I was the woman to whom he measured every other to and he never thought he would actually be with me. I wonder if this is why he cannot open up to me? Even though we are to be married this summer..Regardless of the story, I wonder if pheromones can entice him into speaking, I need to hear his thoughts and know what is in his heart. He is also very receptive to scent always smelling my hair and giving me a loving squeeze. So I do have hope this will work.

Can anyone suggest a starting point, or a specific mix that I might try for these issues? I really look forward to hearing from you all.

Regards,
Brooke

Heya Brooke! Welcome to the forum. First off I am by no means an expert but I can speak somewhat from personal experience and have learned a lot of information from reading the posts on the forum. You’re in the right place to start of with the $25 gift certificate. I would start off with a TOGO of Instant shine. Instant shine will get people to relate to your better, kinda like your giving off a positive vibe. Start with 1 - 2 sprays on an area of your body where the scent will be accessible, (throat, under the jaw, etc.). I like to put some under a nostril so that I can benefit fromthe self-effects which are increased confidence in social situation. Up the dose by a spray each time to you start to see effects in those around you. When you find the amount that gets the max effect, you will know what your “sweet spot” is with the product and you will be all set for increased interaction.

The important thing to remember is the pheromones will not do everything for you, you need to be congruent to their effects so you will have to do some of the dirty work of opening up to people, smiling, being friendly, etc. I’m a naturally shy person myself so I “feel your pain” so to speak. The good news is that most report increased confidence as a self-effect so you will have that in your favor. Check out the women’s forum to get a sense of how to “work the room” so to speak.

For your relationship situation you may want to try Instant Honesty and/or [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) I/H might be abetter way to go as its effects are deep truthfulness with your target which is what I understand you to be looking for.

Once again, welcome to the forum and best of luck in world of pheromones/interaction!

Hi Brooke, Welcome!

While I can vouch for pheromones from a male users perspective, I believe the best advice will come from the women on the board. They love them just as we do!

What caught my attention is when you said you are the woman to whom your fiancée measures other women. When I was getting my degree it reminded me of a teaching in my sociology class. If you want to go ahead a look up anima and animus, I believe you will understand what you are to your fiancée.

Heres a simple overview, [click here.](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anima_and_animus) But if your an intellectual I recomend reading more into it. Hope that helps.

Cheers
Daset
