Hello all and thank you for reading. I’m just a nineteen year old guy living in Irvine behind the Orange Curtain (Orange County in Southern California). I attend the University of California at Irvine. Just Irvine for short. For those who know of our reputation, no I am not Asian. I’m only in my second year of college and, well, I have trouble communicating with the interesting young women on my campus. This may be the result of going to a Catholic, all-boys, high school in downtown Los Angeles. But don’t get me wrong, Loyola High School was an amazing place to go to school. I met my best friends there and was able to get a great education. But it is still an all-boys school. If anyone reading this also read SapphireKnight22’s post and find my story similar, its because we met and became friends at Loyola High School. Even in high school I had the reputation of being one of the shy ones in our little group of friends, and that hasn’t really changed since going to college. Now, I’ve gone on dates before, but not many, and not of any significance. In other words, they never developed into anything and in some cases I never saw the girl again. Needless to say, I do not wish for this trend to continue. Now for a little bio: I am an English major focusing on creative writing and I like to think I have a very creative imagination. I was in the Boy Scouts and even made it to Eagle, the highest rank, despite having a two year late start. I am musically obsessed, as all my friends know. I play the trumpet and love jazz especially 😃. As I said before, I went to Catholic high school, and Catholic middle school before that, but I do not consider myself especially religious. I have been called weird before, but I have no problem with that. I would say I am…eclectic. I can also be extremely stubborn, even if I know I’m completely wrong on a subject. On that note, I also love arguing, but in a friendly manner. As for why I’m on this site, I’ve always been fascinated with new sciences and discoveries and more than once volunteered to help with an experiment. Of course, my issue with women is part of my main motivation, but I also find this field intriguing. I do not planning on using any of the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) in any other manner except to make it easier to connect with people and maybe boost my confidence if it does make conversation easier. As for how I can give back to the scientific community, I am no scientist myself, but I can offer my feedback relating to the different situations I use the pheromones in. ---

Welcome to the forum. I would recommend you start with Ammo, Instant Shine, and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). Ammo serves as an attractant to help with the ladies but it is very well-balanced and contains status raising and social molecules. Greetings and Welcome to our forum, neighbor! You’re studies come right through on your post. Thanks for that well written description of yourself and your personality. I’m glad that you have such an interest in mones as that means you will be posting flowing and graphic descriptions of the effects these on yourself and others! You mentioned being shy and this is a common ‘condition’ with several forum users here. We have all grown in our own way and figured out how to overcome our bashfulness. We share some of that insight with each other here. However, with that said, I would have LOVED to have had mones at your age! We can recommend products that have helped us or others to you. BUT, you will need to see to what degree they will help YOU. That’s where your reporting the effects of the products help us ALL to have a better understanding of these mones as well as provide new users clarification in HOW they can work for them and under what circumstances. They are NOT as another poster called it ‘love potion #9’ but will, among other things, make it easier to confront shyness in yourself, feel more confident and in control in social situations, and as many post in their journals, help with interactions with the opposite sex! I like the reccomendations that the rest of the guys and gals have given you but personally I like [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) because it gives enough of the masculine vibe to give you status and respect, but it also isn’t too overpowering. I believe it would be a great start for you to become more alpha and more attractive to women in that way. I strongly believe this should help you get where you want and have more second dates than you’re used to. Again l ike what they said, AMMO is great, some socials like Instant Honesty and CTTM are good. But based on your personality and upbringing, I would go with IG, AMMO and IH/CTTM/IO. I’ve had a similar upbringing, and knowing what type of people a Jesuit education produces (AMDG), you would probably have great results with these. Good luck and welcome! ---

I honestly was not expecting this large of a response to my thread, but hey, I’m not complaining. Thank you all for the advice and suggestions, I’m taking it all to heart. Currently, I’m looking into [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty as I’ve heard good things about both of them. I figure I’ll give those two a try first and then look into any others (Ammo probably being one of them). Thanks for all the support 🙂 ---

You’re young enough that you most likely produce a fair amount of None to begin with so no worries there. I like Mustangs take on IG. Respect…but likable and not too overbearing. Personally my experience that been that older women are attracted to the high None signal of a young man, and younger girls respond better to a protective high Rone signal that comes with being older and more mature so IG would be great. Likewise I’ve come to the conclusion (based on my own personal experiences) that older women respond great to a light fun Alphaandrostenol signal like in IO, but younger girls that probably still have their heads filled with romantic notions respond better to the emotional closeness fostered by Betaandrostenol like in IH. So IG+IH=great mix for attracting younger women. You have a potentially great advantage as a writing major. It means you’re probably very good with words. I suggest buying the books “The Game” and “Rules of the Game” by Style. Guy’s a writer who’s done work for Rolling Stone magazine and written books for Motley Crue among others. He took the basic Mystery Method model and customized it to fit his natural personality. Where Mystery relied a lot on magic tricks and the like, Style was more verbal and wordy…his techniques should be extremely compatible with your own natural personality and should make your game work great.
