I am the same way! I was VERY tempted to take the pheromones that I bought and go crazy with them, but I decided that using them sparingly and methodologically was best for my long term understanding and respect for their power. If you look at some posts/threads that some more experienced users (such as Tisha) have on testing methods, they will certainly fit your personality (they did for me).
Here is an example of a starting procedure when you get your first pheromones: How to Test and Report On Products UPDATED 12/01 This is a GREAT post to look over, and over, and over. And then once you’re sure you know what you’re doing, look over it again. I bookmark all of the threads/posts that have been helpful to me and categorize them for future reference (good practice for methodology like this).
