Hi there. As my name says, I am 45 years old. Not too much about me is new, yet i am new to the pheromone useage methods. I have read very interesting material on this forum, and there are definitely some very knowledgeable pheromone veterans on this site. Long story short, Could you folks help to guide me regarding getting started using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), please. I have read descriptions regarding different products, mixes, etc., yet would appreciate some suggestions for me. I am looking for some products to obviously attract some beautiful women. I can talk to anyone, yet first approach or Icebreaking, is not really that easy for me. I am not really sure which products are best for me at my age in comparison to men being in their 20’s, so, therefore, any help would be greatly appreciated. Finally, My useage will be primarily during work, (I am a Service Technician, and visit Dental Offices) or in book stores, malls, or Grocery stores. I am not a bar person. Regards, Wes ---

Hey CanadianGuy45 Depending on the age of women your looking at you may want different strategies. Women your age like stronger none products, none is something your produce less as guys get older. So either you can get ammo or TUTH for this. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a social out at night stronger Cologne where as tuth is more of a spicy for in the bedroom none mix. Some people use TUTH along with other socials like IO, IH or IS. Social along with a respect mix like IG makes you more approachable which is especially favored by younger women. IO is great for reducing that social anxiety, would help yourself and others get into a chatty mood. While IH is great for building bonds and deeper quality conversation. Best for after you’ve connected like a one on one date. IS helps you radiate positive youthful energy which is attractive. IG gives you a smooth respect that builds trusts with others, great for work. I’d say get IS, IO and either TUTH or IG depending on what you feel for style and needs are 😉 Cheers!! ---

Thank you for the prompt reply. I would like to be able to attract women in their mid to late 30’s. All of the products have wonderful attributes, but i must start somewhere. Judging by your advice, i will probably star with TUTH and IO. Does this make sense? Or would you recommend AMMO, IS, etc. Sorry for the confusion. Wes ---

I’d suggest you go with Ammo initially - It is a balanced mix of none nol and rone which is well usable in workplace environments. TUTH is a far more overt product that sends a very overtly sexual message and even with the moderation of IO (mostly nols), it will still send a fairly strong sexual punch which may not go down so well with women in a workplace and it may also wind-up some guys. Ammo and maybe [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), or even IH - Personally I find IS/IH a better icebreaker with people in our age range. The status pheros also work very well in women 30-up, esp when combined with sexuals so IG and A314 are also very much in your ballpark. Away from work, I find A314 with a small amount of TUTH very effective whilst A314 and A314/IH is a godsend for professional status at work and it really impresses people. I’d also suggest you think on the 2x/Heavy versions of Ammo and TUTH - As much for economy as anything. You need fewer sprays and as Ammo’s F21 scent is pretty powerful, that helps. The rest of the Instants and A314 are in lighter scents. ---

Thank you very much. You experienced [pheromone](https://a314.com/) fellas are very helpful. I feel like a 16 year old. I am currently looking at day game, as i have previously mentioned, yet, i am going to travel to Cali Colombia in late spring. I wish to have my pheromone understanding down by that point. I am trying to draw some interest on the home front, and wish to be able to add a bit to my natural game. Thanks for the guideance, Wes ---

Yup - take time to do plenty of reading, some good field trials to establish your effective doses for the pheros that interest you and work on yourself apace. Oh and as you are headed to Columbia, have a good look at the various threads on pheros and Hispanic women here plus some of the postings from our Mexican and Columbian members - There are certain differences in phero tolerance and response between races that are worth learning about. 🙂 ---

Mobocaster, thank you for the info. I recently noticed that AMMO and TUTH are out of stock. That concerns me. Also, i will have to research. I did not know that there were threads concerning Colombian women on this forum, thank you for the heads up. Regards, Wes ---

Don’t worry about those two being out of stock, it does happen occasionally but as staple products, they never stay out for long. IIRC John updates the store every Tues/Wed, so keep your eyes peeled! 🙂 ---

Hello Wes and welcome to the forum. We are about the same age so that is good for you because … that means all things being equal much of what I use and the doses i use them at may well work for you. That being said - read through the threads in my signature block that deal with the different products. Do a search under my username for threads I have started. You will find a lot of info there about different products that you could put to work for you. Ammo and A314 is a powerful combo that guys our age can carry off pretty easily. IG can give you a smooth, cool type of vibe and make you seem a little younger if the women you are meeting are younger than you. As far as breaking the ice - IO and IShine are very good for that. IO helps with those intial conversations and IShine helps people to feel happy to be around you. Do NOT use TUTH at work. Ever. Seriously. It gives off a raw sexual message women pick up on and could lose you business if you rub some of them the wrong way. Hope this helps some. ---

Thank you for the reply, Bosshank. Therefore, given the information that you supplied, i will probably start out with AMMO and IO. Slowly add to my stock after that. Otherwise, i could purchase TUTH instead of AMMO, but only use away from work. Thanks again for the advice Wes ---

If you do try the TUTH for clubs at night I always recommend buffering it with IO. The very sexual message of the TUTH will still come through but the IO will make it seem friendlier. ---

I am not a club going kind of guy. Therefore, i would only wear products not suited for work, out in the public during the day, but would always buffer a product such a TUTH. You and other experienced members advice is invaluable. Thank you ---

Through all of the advice that i have received, and i appreciate, I am going to start with AMMO. My final confusion exists regarding a buffer. IO, IH, IS, and IG all have great attributes. As mentioned earlier, i can talk to anyone, but require an Icebreaker. More importantly, i am more Beta than Alpha. I hope that this added info helps. Regards, Wes ---
